Great for friends and family to chill out, have a barbecue, or just a little celebration with your loved ones. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and three separate rooms - decorated with handmade and local products :)

A modern cottage nestled in the woods offers the perfect conditions for relaxing in the midst of nature. Designed in a minimalist style, with large glazing, providing beautiful views of the forest. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with a barbecue area and a forest where you can relax and watch the wildlife. It's the perfect place for people looking for peace and proximity to nature.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 people, an additional 2 people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. A living room, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a hot plate), and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there is a large bedroom for 6 people. The total area of the cottage is about 60 m2. The cottage is year-round, with central heating and air conditioning. The hot tub is paid separately.

Sala752 is a live/work artist studio. The studio has an open plan layout and consists of one room, about 50m2 in total. Integrated within the studio is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen wall with reclaimed wood cabinets. Additionally, there is stylish bathroom with a walk in shower and a real bonus - the underfloor heating and a gallery style concrete floor. The open plan offers flexibility and different set up options - sleeping arrangements can be adjusted according to your needs.

A 60m2 unit consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony located on the Floral Street in Lancut. Just 180m from the Castle Park and 700m from the center (shops, pharmacy, restaurants). The path to the city center can be reached by the park during an 8-minute walk. Fully equipped apartment with stable internet and TV. A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has basic hygiene products and a washing machine.

There is a new children's playground next to the building. The parking spot is located next to the building. Shopping mall, restaurants, gym, cinema and swimming pool are about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Special Economic Zone is about 10 minutes by car.
