If you want to get away from it all or spend relaxing days in nature with your family, this is the place. Our lovingly self-renovated apartment in a historic sandstone half-timbered house from the 19th century offers you a particularly cozy break on 35 square meters. The house is situated in a quiet village, surrounded by forests. Here you can enjoy the peace and take numerous walks. Parking is available directly in front of the door and shopping is close by.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

The modern apartment in beautiful Burgthann has a combined living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with TV and desk as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

The apartment, which was modernized in 2021, can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hair dryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed with wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with internet and satellite connection, a corner desk and a dining table. Shopping and public transportation are within walking distance.
