Excellent family stay in a modern, very bright and impeccable house. As for kitchen equipment, nothing is missing, quite the opposite! The bedding, new, very good quality. The pool and terrace make this house even more enjoyable. No problem to park (2-3 spaces/house and in front of a large parking lot). Very quiet neighborhood, 15-20 minutes from the market (every morning) and other shops. You will have the chance to have a warm and personalized welcome by Valérie. Thank you Valérie!

We had a great stay in the Bay of Arcachon. The house is ideally located to enjoy the activities of the basin (Vélodyssée, oyster farms, towns, etc.). The accommodation is functional and pleasant for the older and younger ones (petanque, swimming pool, ping-pong table, etc.). The accommodation is perfectly suited for a group of 9 people, each has their own space. Estelle and Annie were available, accommodating and punctual for check-in and check-out times. We recommend this accommodation and can't wait to come back and visit the basin!

We are delighted with our stay at Monica's! The accommodation is very beautiful, well thought out, well-equipped, functional. Monica and Maurice are very attentive hosts and have great tips. We made a lot of reference to them and the welcome booklet to organize our stay. The access to the pool and the provision of the ping pong table was a real plus with the children. And finally, the location in the middle of winter town is perfect (passing by the Moorish park and thanks to the elevator, we are in the center very quickly). Anyway, I highly recommend this listing!

this was a wonderful place to stay . so peaceful in the woods ! the main part of the house was wonderful and comfortable . kitchen easy to use and the gathering space fantastic ! we really enjoyed it . my only comment is the secondary bedrooms (of which there are 3) are not quite as comfortable with odd bathroom access.. toilet is upstairs . I am sure I just didnt read the description well enough .. aside from that, it was a really special spot !

Our stay in Arcachon was a great experience. I fell in love with the house with it’s beautiful patio, garden and pool. The hardwood floors make the house extra cosy. We brought our bikes and went almost everywhere by bike. There’s so much to do and this house it the perfect base to discover the area.

The house is completely in line with the photos: pleasant, functional, very clean, and with a nice outdoor space ideal for relaxing. The welcome was excellent from the first day. Jonathan, our main contact via the Jo Bassin service, was very available and remarkably kind. He shared many good addresses with us, whether for restaurants or places to visit in the region. A big thank you to him for his professionalism and attention. We also thank Émilie who welcomed us on site when we arrived and who took the time to explain everything in detail about the operation of the house. Family stay with our 12 and 17 year olds. The house is very welcoming, comfortable, perfectly equipped. Please note everything you need is available (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc.) which is really appreciated. Not to mention the delicate local touches for check-in! Ideally located, in a peaceful area close to the beach, essential shops and the bike path. Valerie is very responsive and helpful. On top of all that, we were lucky enough to have summer weather! A refreshing holiday!

Amazing place to stay, just as described. If you are looking for tranquility it is the place. The location allows you to get to know the area perfectly. We have fallen in love with this home. It's very cozy. The garden, if you go with children, is great, and it has a mini porch for breakfast and dinner, ideal. The light that enters is magnificent. You have the hosts as neighbors but you maintain privacy. Claire is charming, very kind and attentive. We look forward to returning.

Great stay in an amazing house with kid-friendly hosts. Access to the lake on foot is a real plus. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing, it's rare these days in Airbnb rentals!! Finally, Alex and Claire were lovely with us the whole stay with lots of tips and suggestions. It's a place we recommend without hesitation and where we'll be happy to come back!

We had a great week in the house without any worries!! Charming house , well decorated, perfect for a family of 5, very very well located with easy access to beaches and restaurants Teens/young adults can easily reach bars and places to go by bike. The terrace and garden are very spacious for aperitifs and dinners with friends. The back bedroom also overlooks a small terrace which makes it spacious and well ventilated. We had a lovely week!

This little house is simply amazing. It is ideally located within walking distance of all the tourist places in the area. But also restaurants, the market hall, the oceanfront and shops. It is located in a very quiet street. It is very nicely decorated, and has all the necessary amenities. The little extra is the pretty terrace that allows you to relax with a vineyard that hides the neighbors. I would definitely stay there again:)

Virginie was a great host and very helpful during our stay. The star of the show is the house, which is a beautiful home. When not at the beach we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and in the plunge pool. It was our first visit to the location, next time I’d get bikes delivered to property on arrival (there’s a service), as everything is accessible by bike - dune du pilat or Archacon. Short walk to key amenities from house.

Everything was as stated, clean, quiet, safe and hassle-free parking in the street. Next time, we would rent bicycles as well. Then everything is even more fun.
