Charming farmhouse with private salt-water pool

The Mas de Nebrouze is a family farmhouse located in deep countryside at the base of the Montagne Noir - a small mountain range with charming villages, markets, lakes and nature trails. The house is one of four dwellings on a private family estate that's surrounded by trees, fields and woods - making it ideal for nature lovers and families. The pool is for sole use of farmhouse guests only and is not shared. It is fully secure with a fence that goes all round the perimeter, with lockable gates.

Eco-gîte en Monts et Merveilles, rivière, nature

L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière et dispose d'une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (mi-Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 5 nuitées l'été.

Le Castrum

Le gîte 3 étoiles (CDT 31) est aménagé dans une ancienne maison du XIII° siècle qui donne sur la vaste place du village et qui fait partie de l'ancien castrum médiéval (place fortifiée) dont l'épaisseur de certains murs et les meurtrières rappellent les origines anciennes du lieu. Le village fait partie du pays de Cocagne au sein du « triangle de l'or bleu » reliant Albi, Toulouse et Carcassonne , région chargée d'histoire liée à la culture et au commerce florissant du pastel au XIVe siècle.

Dans hameau, petite maison au calme, à la campagne. Espace extérieur pour profiter de la verdure, du chant des oiseaux. Coin barbecue pour repas champêtres. Parking, garage et jardin. Maison entièrement rénovée. Au rez-de-chaussée cuisine équipée avec mange-debout , un salon/salle à manger avec poêle scandinave. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec lit double et une avec lit superposé 3 couchages. Literie de qualité, confortable. Equipement bébé disponible. Venez vous ressourcer dans le Tarn.
