Beach house holiday rentals in Putzu Idu

A beautiful place on the sea. Antonina was responsive and helpful, and even allowed me to stay an extra day! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

Gianpietro was a very nice host, we had contact via chat. The house is as in the photos, also very well furnished and very clean! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. With the wheels available in the house, you can also reach other bays. The location of the house allowed us to explore the west coast very well by car for 10 days. Everything was really so nice overall that we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks again to Gianpietro! It was incredibly beautiful! The very nice and quiet location with wonderful views delighted us. You definitely need a car here to explore the surrounding area and for shopping, the supermarket was closed and only one restaurant open(end of April). It is best to get everything in the supermarket before arrival in Guspini or Oristano. The path to the beach with 15 minutes walking is no problem. The host was always quick to respond and the neighbors were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is stunning with great views of the coastline. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a perfect Sardinian getaway!

In short: It was just beautiful! We felt comfortable and at home in Cristina's house from the first minute! The house is really special, from the architecture to the amenities. You can really find everything you need and more! I have never found a kitchen that was so well equipped. We mainly stayed outside and the terrace is really nice. We also liked the outdoor shower very much. It was really very hot during our vacation and in the evening we had to open all the windows so it cools a little, but it worked and it was also tolerable without air conditioning. We would really recommend Cristina's house to anyone without restrictions!

The location of the property is ideal for visiting all the local beaches. The property is very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The garden area is beautiful and there was lots of shaded space. There is a large bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge. Carlo is a very responsive and helpful host.

great experience in spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only downside is the house is a little dark, but wanting to be outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

We came as a family and had a pleasant stay. Paola and Paolo are very welcoming and friendly people. The place met our expectations. I would highly recommend it!

Our family had a great time in this lovely apartment for three weeks. Antonella has made check-in flexible and uncomplicated. The apartment is really very quiet in the Pinetta of Is Arenas. It remains pleasantly cool and does not overheat. All the facilities for cooking are provided. Towels and bedding is plentiful on site . Most of all we enjoyed breakfast on the large balcony in the morning. By car, all the beaches of the Sinis are within easy reach. Antonella had a huge surprise for us that she told us upon arrival and our kids were very happy about it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay and very much a hidden gem! There’s lots of space inside and out, a lovely pool, a great area for BBQ’s and eating outside, a very well equipped kitchen and rooms were nice and clean on arrival! Probably one of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed at!

A very good stay of 9 nights in this beautiful region of Sardinia. The accommodation is bright, pleasant, quiet with a superb view. The beautiful beaches, the friendly town of Bosas are very quickly accessible by car. Easy and efficient contact with Stefania.

Cozy little accommodation with two outdoor areas and a really great sea view! The beach a few minutes walk from the apartment is great and less crowded and a little wilder than the more famous beaches in the area. The apartment was rich in detail and tastefully furnished, with a small child due to the stairs inside and the many furnishings somewhat impractical (but is visible from the advertisement). Great host and great stay. Great welcome: there were many things provided: enough to drink, eat, wash, dry... it was a real bonus for our happiness and arrive cool after the trip. In addition, Emanuele had given us lots of information about the environment of the house: convenience store, access to the beach, restaurants, tourist information... in short, a top welcome like we had never had before in our many air bnb experiences. The house is very spacious and functional both inside and outside for privacy and tranquility dinners. Sea view from the living room. The supply of linens and changes is also great. Very beautiful home with very good amenities. All windows and doors have high-quality mosquito screens. The seat is very sheltered from the wind. The view on the hill behind the house is magnificent and the sunsets accordingly spectacular. We were there in October 2024. The village is almost extinct during this time, but that did not bother us and we enjoyed the tranquility very much. Except for the restaurant in the center, everything was closed. In the "supermarket" in the village, the essentials were still available for daily needs. For a larger shopping to Terralba, you have to calculate an hour's drive for back and forth. To the beach you also need the car with bathing luggage. But it's beautiful, very long and clean. Alessio was always available via the airbnb app and responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We are completely satisfied with the stay.
