Very comfortable, quiet and private place a few minutes from Palatka. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quality accommodation in the area at reasonable rates. Will definitely be staying with this host again when in town.

We loved staying here and plan on coming back. It was easy access with our boat to Silver Springs. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay. The host was a gem and the place was perfection. 5 stars isn’t enough- 10/10!

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

Franks place was perfect, quiet, and peaceful spot. Had plenty of variety of activities to do. Wasn’t too far from town at all. Highly recommend this place for any vacation or just to get away

For my first time being in Florida the house was beautiful it was located right near St Johns River quiet very friendly.

We really enjoyed the stay at Deanna’s place. The beds were comfortable, so the sleep was good. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay at her place!

Myself, my brother, my son and his wife (and their little dog) had a great time at Bill's Fish Camp. As with most waterfront properties, it's all about location! We spent loads of time on our kayaks with easy loading from their dock. If we put poles in the water, we would no doubt have caught some fish, because they were jumping all around us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill's Fish Camp for anyone desiring a genuine throwback, fun getaway on the water!

Dori is an excellent host. I have never had an Airbnb host contact me personally like Dori and make sure we had everything we needed. Her place has a full kitchen, comfortable beds, a soaking tub and a standup shower. Looking for a place to go and bring your boat? The dock is lovely. We’ve stayed here two years now and love it. 15 of us stayed here for a family vacay PROS The place is STUNNING and well kept Plenty of couches - seating everywhere. The place is equipped with almost everything you need to cook and bake Flexible check in- we were allowed to check in early and check out late. CONS Far from places - I’d bring what you need or go once to Supermarket and buy everything at once Propane wasn’t provided and it was inconvient to have to buy- what’s the purpose of providing a grill if there’s no gas. Only two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. Because one is in the master, it really ends up being one bathroom for 14 people and it was tight and people fighting over bathrooms. Even if there was a third outdoor bathroom- that would’ve been better. The listing didn’t really say what the kitchen was equipped with so we brought way too much Pet fee was high - this is a perfect place to bring my pups, but $200 per pet is simply too much. $200/2 pets would have been reasonable. OVERALL

We enjoyed a very peaceful weekend at the river. The home has a beautiful view and was very clean and well supplied. Kim was an outstanding host.

Chelsea’s property was perfect for our group of people. Absolutely beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready on the property for the big day. Pictures came out absolutely stunning there. Great stay! Thank you Chelsea!

Julie’s condo was exactly as described. The view was amazing and just a short walk to the boat and pool. The unit is very well maintained and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. My group thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back soon. Julie was beyond helpful with condo info and info on boat slips and ramp usage, and always was quick to respond to my requests.

Well worth the price. Beautiful quiet place. Pool was nice to have. Very responsive and helpful since we are from out of town. Would definitely stay here again next time in town.

Our stay was amazing, it was very peaceful away from all the noise. Enjoyed all the nature. Very clean place lots to do.

Large home accommodated our group nicely. One suggestion would be to put on window coverings for privacy and have wine glasses.

My husband, dogs and me had a wonderful stay at Roberta’s place! It was a nice getaway from the city, felt secluded but with stores & restaurants mere minutes away. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom had all the things and the fireplace was a great way to warm up in the crisp mornings. We’d definitely come back again!

Great place! Everything was super clean and cozy and extremly comfortable. Perfect for me and my husband. The AC kept the whole place cold and the fridge too. Perfect location to walk Ravine Gardens. Just did a stop over before heading to the springs. Palatka Coffee was excellent. Wonderful place for a night or two. I would highly recommend.

As a female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, even without my loyal German Shepherd, who was also welcomed off-leash. The peaceful comfort of the property was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate. Cozy accommodations and tranquil surroundings seemed thoughtfully designed to promote healing and calm. The wildlife was extraordinary—majestic cranes taller than me, jumping fish, nesting eagles, playful cats, and vibrant lizards all added to the charm. The connection to nature here is awe-inspiring and made my time truly special. Every moment spent was restorative and unforgettable. The extra clothes hangers are a real plus.

Had a great little getaway. Very clean and we fished right off the dock. they pretty much had everything they said they did. location and response time was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

We fully intend to vist Ricardo's again. It was very quiet, on the lake, with it's own dock. Any questions we had Ricardo responded immediately. We are very pleased with his place.
