Very responsive host, the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful

We (4 adults and 5 children) had four wonderful days in Paris and could not have wished for better accommodation. 🍀 When we arrived, there was no parking space on the street, but the host let us park in the courtyard – very nice! ⭐️ The house was cozy, clean and reminded me of my childhood – I felt at home. ⭐️ The bed linen was fresh and comfortable - better than in many hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ An important note for families with small children: A staircase in the house is not secured – you have to be careful. You can even barbecue in the yard - very pleasant! ☑️ The accommodation is in a quiet area, the RER station is nearby – ideal for reaching the center. ⭐️ The hosts were super friendly, helpful and always available. ⭐️ Another note: There is a lovely cat that 🐈comes and goes freely in the house. Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

We slept here for 5 nights with our two children aged 12 and 14. It was a great place to be in Paris quickly. The children each had their own bedroom which was very nice. Melanie was a great host with always a quick response and good directions. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for an affordable place to visit Paris

A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

The stay at Catherine and Philippe's went very well. The location is ideal for visiting Paris and the peaceful environment. There are all the amenities within walking distance (shops, market, metro...), and the necessary for housing (bed linen, towels, cleaning products, condiments...). A place to remember!

We had a very good weekend with friends, the house is large, with different spaces, including the garden and the terrace at the back, which are very pleasant when the weather is nice. Ideally located accommodation close to transport and shops. Albane was very nice, gave us advice, and communication was easy. It went very well.

We spent a night at Isabelle's place. Everything went perfectly well, the accommodation was even better than in the photos! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Everyone was delighted with the stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

Wow. This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden is also very relaxing and lovely for outdoor dining. The location is very peaceful with local shops and supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Central Paris is only 15 minutes on the metro, so whilst you can come home and get way from it all, it's also so easy to be right back in the heart of Paris. Fabienne was a wonderful host, very friendly and really made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If we come to back to Paris, this will be where we would love to stay again. Leng's villa was just wonderful. A perfect place to come to after a busy few days in Paris. Very clean, and with everything we needed for cooking (even the knives were sharp which is rare in AirB&Bs!). Just a short walk past beautiful houses into the town, her recommendation of La Tradition for bread, sandwiches and sweet goodies, was perfect. We went there every day! The beds were very comfy and the sofa bed downstairs pulled out to make a great sofa in the evening for myself, hubby and 2 kids. I would absolutely come back to Leng's in a heartbeat!

Caz’s house was great. I slept so well. I did not think a neighborhood in Paris could be so peaceful. 15-20 minute walk to the metro station and if you’re there for the weekend make sure to visit the great antiques at the nearby marché aux puces. Also, the cleaning lady left the place spotless and was very friendly! Thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is on the outskirts of Paris, in a very quiet and beautiful environment, but with good public transport connections to get to the center. The accommodation had everything you needed and the host, Biba, was very kind and always willing to help. We loved that he left us bicycles, it was ideal for walking with my brothers! I totally recommend this place. Comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a different experience in Paris.

A lovely house near a metro station. The house has every comfort, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy seat, right next to the kitchen. You can stay excellently downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the option to watch Netflix, for example. Within a short distance 2 great restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil again.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

My husband and I did not want to live directly in the hustle and bustle of Paris, so Isabelle's accommodation was very convenient for us. A nice quiet area, just outside Paris. Nice and quiet, well maintained with a view of the sweet little garden. The accommodation is very stylish, new and practically furnished. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Everything you need is there. We lacked nothing. Isabelle was very courteous and friendly. We would choose this location again and again. Many thanks to the hosts!

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.
