The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Stay with us temporarily, or spend wonderful holidays in the untouched nature and enjoy the beaches, even in winter. By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und harmoniert perfekt mit der malerischen Umgebung. Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Apartment No. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk away via the private road. The National Park and the port are also about a 5-minute walk away. The Whg has a living-bed, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

Vacation in the reed-covered farmhouse, island of Rügen

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
