La Pajarera - Chucao Forest

Built with wood from the dismantling of a century-old warehouse and behind a large winery is La Pajarera. A two-story cabin, with a bold architecture that plays with light, the sun bathes some walls and opens onto a glazed balcony that faces the area's natural vegetation. Living room, kitchen-dining room and guest bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom with a double bed, a desk that faces the trees and inspires and concentrates, and a bathroom on the second floor. It has WiFi and a smart TV.

Southern loft house

A 65 sq. meter house built and decorated with details that will make your stay a pleasure from the moment you enter the grounds. It is located on a plot with 2 houses and 2 friendly and quiet dogs. This special 65 sq. meter Puerto Varas house was designed with a large common space that integrates the kitchen, living room, and terrace designed especially to enjoy family gatherings and connect with the environment. Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

A house built with native woods, spacious gardens with play spaces, Ping Ping table, eating al fresco, grilling and asados, and taking walks through protected native forests. 5 minutes from Route 5, 20 minutes from Frutillar and 25 minutes from Puerto Octay. Within an hour to two hours you can access countless places such as Ensenada, Parque Vicente Pérez Rosales, the coastal mountain range and the sea.
