Relaxing, welcoming, and vibes that felt like a hug! Really can’t say enough about the location or the people at Tamboo!

Penthouse apartment right on the beach! The pictures don’t do the location justice. An amazing roof deck with the sound of waves crashing right in front of you. We absolutely loved our stay – one of our favorite AirnBnbs. The building is ideally located on a quiet stretch : there is a cute pool and you can directly access the beach (the apartment had a locker with beach gear including body boards, a beach ball and beach chairs). The setup is very practical with two bedrooms, a nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms. We enjoyed the deck for our breakfasts and lunches. It is very close to Rincon town center (5-10 min by car). It is also great to have a parking spot (there is a spare one as well) and the building is well maintained. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa coco! The house is beautiful and well equipped, set in a peaceful beach neighborhood. Walking to the private and quite beach. The beach is amazing, not too crowded, just a few of the neighborhood guests, sandy beach and good waves if you like to surf. The house is perfect, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Carlos was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely look for an opportunity to return here!

Rincon is an amazing place for a get-away, and this bnb was a perfect spot for us to hole up for a week to enjoy it. About 10 minutes away from the busy heart of town, it's still walkable to a few nice places to eat, and its location right on Sandy Beach is unbeatable. Sitting on the top deck and watching the waves coming in and the surfers playing in them was a balm to our souls. It's honestly one of the most beautiful locations we've ever stayed in. The power did go out on one of our days there, and there was an issue with the generator which normally kicks on, so things got pretty hot and sticky inside, but the town was thankfully able to repair it by the time we went to sleep. The AC generally worked great and made for a comfortable reprieve from the heat. Also, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfy. I'd highly recommend this bnb for location!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

We loved our stay at Kasa Kamias. A short (downhill) walk to one of Rincon’s best beaches but high enough on the hill to enjoy ocean views for days! The house was pristine and the private pool was an incredible vibe for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again!

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

Julia's home is in a perfect location! You can walk to a beach, great restaurants, snorkel, kayak, and deep sea fishing expeditions! We took advantage of all the area had to offer, including gorgeous sunsets off the beach. We also loved the home's outdoor area and private backyard. Thanks for a memorable time in Rincon!

Dujardin’s place is truly the best of what Airbnb has to offer! It is seriously magical. The backyard feels like an oasis and it has direct access to a wonderful beach with clear water, gentle waves, pelicans. It felt like paradise. Lots to do in the area. We went there as a family with my three year old son, and he had a blast. We grilled outside, had lots of beach time, visited multiple beaches in the area. Dujardin had great recommendations that we checked out, which included a waterfall day-trip, and art fair, and a lighthouse nearby that serves amazing mojitos and empanadas. The inside is beautiful. I loved the art on the walls and the homey touches. It truly made you feel welcome. The grounds keeper name was Julio and he was sweetest. He cracked open a coconut and brought it out to us. I will definitely be coming back! You won’t regret it. Super fun, great host. THANKS DUJARDIN

This property was perfect for our family and our stay of 3 nights. Highlight 1: Private beach location with direct patio access. The ocean was calm for our May visit with plenty of beachfront sand space. There are a string of a dozen homes on the beach in this area, but not much else. Walk a few hundred yards in either direction and it's nothing but the Caribbean, the beach, and the forest. Perfect privacy. The sunsets. Shells and coral all over the beach. Watched the local fisherman net a few tunas. We were even paid a visit by turtles. Highlight 2: Huge patio. I forget the measurements, but the patio is something like 1400 sq ft. Includes four lounge chairs, a cot, a charcoal barbecue brick oven, and a glass table large enough to easily seat 8. Highlight 3: Thoughtful home layout. The home is not large, yet used its space well. The bar height kitchen table, the laundry units, and the high quality AC in every room. Everything is well maintained and thorough in its amenities.

Large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment walking distance to beach. Parking was easy and apt was clean and as described. There isn’t a dishwasher which would have been nice but not a dealbreaker. Only 1 trash bag was provided- would have been nice to have more than 1. Also bring your own washing machine detergent as not provided. Pool was nice but on the small side. Carmen was very quick to respond to my questions. Apt very secure and safe. Was worried AC wouldn’t be good but it was great. No issues.

This place was great and just as described. The closet full of surf boards and beach gear was a nice surprise. We walked to several restaurants all within a half a mile away. It was not busy at all and we had the beach to ourselves for half of our stay.

We had a pleasant experience at the airbnb. Was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations.

Second time staying here. Lawrence is a great host and the second floor unit is fantastic. Sandy Beach at Rincon is a paradise. One of our favorites and we hope to return next year.

What can we say about angel's place? That isn't perfect. The view. The location, the cleanliness, the comfy beds. The immediate response from the host, the amenities. This place couldn't be any better. I would give it 10 stars.
