Apartment holiday rentals in Puntas

Loved this place! Even with an island wide power outage we always had power (generator). We lost water for a couple of days but the building fixed it. The only bad thing is that the fridge never worked and we kept getting the runaround so all of the food we got, had to be thrown away. Other than that, perfect place and location! The pictures don’t make it justice!

Sooz made sure that we were comfortable and went above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

We liked it very much, Flor was very nice and always attentive. The view of the spectacular terrace.

I want to start off by saying that one bad review she got is complete bullshit !! I came and stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing and peaceful and rincon has a lot to offer and the people being super nice and helpful is a plus!!! I will be back with rest of my family.

We had such a lovely stay at John and Bernice's place. Their place was extremely well stocked and we had everything we needed. They were responsive, respectful and offered great recommendations for us to check out in the area. The views were incredible and the pool on the premises was a definite plus! There is no question as to where we'll stay when we return to Puerto Rico. In fact, I'm already talking with family about going back within the next couple years. Thanks John and Bernice! Another good stay at James' place. The upstairs unit was huge, with a large kitchen and gorgeous views. As I and others have noted before, be aware that there are a bunch of dogs in neighboring houses who will bark you awake every morning and asleep every night. Otherwise, a very good-value stay!

If you are looking for a place to mingle with mostly locals Rincon isn't the place. It's very touristy however if you are in Rincon you must consider this place. It was very accommodating, location was great and the pool was nice. The apartments master bedroom was very large with it's own access to the balcony and ocean view, the guest rooms were comfy.

Relaxing, welcoming, and vibes that felt like a hug! Really can’t say enough about the location or the people at Tamboo!

Penthouse apartment right on the beach! The pictures don’t do the location justice. An amazing roof deck with the sound of waves crashing right in front of you. We absolutely loved our stay – one of our favorite AirnBnbs. The building is ideally located on a quiet stretch : there is a cute pool and you can directly access the beach (the apartment had a locker with beach gear including body boards, a beach ball and beach chairs). The setup is very practical with two bedrooms, a nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms. We enjoyed the deck for our breakfasts and lunches. It is very close to Rincon town center (5-10 min by car). It is also great to have a parking spot (there is a spare one as well) and the building is well maintained. Highly recommend!

VERY clean. Secluded and that was exactly what we wanted. You can hear the coqui frogs at night. Great place, can’t wait to go back

We had a great stay at Christina’s air Bnb. We had to book last minute and she was very accommodating. The place and backyard was absolutely beautiful. Christina was super responsive and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely book with her again next time we are in Rincon!

Gregory's penthouse was INCREDIBLE. It is so much nicer in person even than the photos show. Very tasteful inside with gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. And the saltwater pool in the backyard was perfect for relaxing, complete with an optional in-pool umbrella. Gregory was helpful and communicative. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone.

Rincon is an amazing place for a get-away, and this bnb was a perfect spot for us to hole up for a week to enjoy it. About 10 minutes away from the busy heart of town, it's still walkable to a few nice places to eat, and its location right on Sandy Beach is unbeatable. Sitting on the top deck and watching the waves coming in and the surfers playing in them was a balm to our souls. It's honestly one of the most beautiful locations we've ever stayed in. The power did go out on one of our days there, and there was an issue with the generator which normally kicks on, so things got pretty hot and sticky inside, but the town was thankfully able to repair it by the time we went to sleep. The AC generally worked great and made for a comfortable reprieve from the heat. Also, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfy. I'd highly recommend this bnb for location!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

Lovely family, lovely home. Peaceful apartment under the trees with the sounds of coqui frogs all around.

We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

Hector’s place is just as advertised, decorated with an island touch - perfect for a solo or couple’s retreat. It’s a 2 min drive to the beach and 5 mins drive to town where a lot of restaurants are located. Theres also an art fair in town and salsa at the dugout bar on Thursdays, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed! Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Rincón, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The only thing we noticed was that there wasn’t an iron available, but otherwise, everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is close to everything in town, but also far enough up the hill for peaceful evenings with beautiful views. The apartment is very comfortable and private.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything. The place is perfect, it was like taking the comfort of home to my vacation.

Great spot in Rincon, cute and convenient. AC worked perfect. Two things to note: curtains let in all the light early in morning so bring a sleep mask. & WiFi isn’t great
