We had a lovely stay at Mayke and Gust’s place. The house was beautiful, and we were super well received. Thank you for everything!

Fabulous in all respects: Carla, (her communications, help, humour and charm), the Villa, (comfort, facilities and cleanliness), the area, (quiet, peaceful, relaxing and an easy walk into town) and Tavira, (restaurants, bars, the boat trip to the island and chilled atmosphere). We’ll be back!

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesta casa, é mesmo muito gira, confortável e funcional. Óptimas de zonas exteriores de estadia, ideais para se estar e aproveitar a vida ao ar livre, zona da piscina super simpática. Localização ideal. O Frederico foi um anfitrião muito prestável e cuidadoso. Para o ano vamos voltar, sem dúvida!

Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Filipa und Paulo. Wir waren als kleine Familie zu Besuch und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Unser Baby hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte viel zu erkunden im Haus. Für uns erwachsene war es schön Abends in der ruhigen Gegen zusammenzusitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

We absolutely loved our stay at casa do vale! The villa is stunning, very spacious and stylish. We were 6 adults and a baby and had everything we needed! Perfect that there are 3 bathrooms and we loved the outdoor shower! Kitchen was very well stocked and great to have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool is amazing though could do with another umbrella for a bit of extra shade when it’s very hot. The gardens around the villa are also so lovely. Feels very private and peaceful. There is a small shop a 5 minute walk away which is excellent for topping up on essentials. Bigger shops and bars/ restaurants are only a short drive away. Very easy to get Ubers into Tavira and Olhão also. Overall had an excellent holiday staying at Michelle’s place - would highly recommend!

Wat een groot huis! 3 terrassen en 3 grote slaapkamers tezamen met een volledig geëquipeerde keuken en fijne leefruimte. Zalig vertoeven en gemakkelijke communicatie. Wij komen nog eens terug!

Superb location, great facilities, amazing pool, wonderful place to stay for families. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We would love to return.

A lovely week in a beautiful house. Wonderful views over the Rio Formosa. We were unfortunate with the weather but it didn’t spoil our stay in this beautiful house. Laura was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We would love to return at a sunnier time !

Wat een pareltje! De tuin voelt als een geheime oase, met overal fijne plekjes om te relaxen. Het huisje is comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien en met liefde ingericht. Rieneke en Remco zijn echte superhosts: warm, gastvrij en ontzettend behulpzaam. En dan die massage… hemels! Buiten, met alleen de wind en vogels als achtergrondgeluid, en een geweldige masseuse – totale ontspanning. Ook de omgeving is prachtig: Ria Formosa om de hoek, fijne stranden en levendige dorpjes vlakbij. Het welkomstpakket bij aankomst was ook zo’n fijne verrassing – met aandacht en zorg samengesteld. We zijn compleet tot rust gekomen en verliefd geworden op deze plek. We komen zeker terug!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt direkt an dem Naturschutzgebiet und kann von der Terrasse aus Vögel und Boote beobachten. auch der Garten war perfekt, gerade mit zwei Kindern. Toll fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, die Boote und Fahrräder zu benutzen. Uns wurde sogar ein Fahrradsitz für Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider haben wir das Angebot dann doch nicht so genutzt. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schön war auch, mit dem Solarboot zum Strand auf die Lagune zu fahren. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist und die Nachbarn andere Schlafens- und Wachzeiten hatten. Hat uns aber auch nur gestört wegen den Kindern. Ansonsten hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

We stayed two nights in Barrameda and had a wonderful experience. Ángeles was an excellent host—kind, helpful, and very flexible. The place itself exceeded our expectations: even more charming than in the photos, with several terraces, a rooftop, and a lovely patio. It's also perfectly located—just a one-minute walk from the most picturesque part of town.

Ein liebevoll renoviertes Fischerhaus mit einer großartigen Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf die Lagune , sehr ansprechendes Interieur, alles da, was man so braucht ….

The house was great. Perfect position if you want to be staying in central Tavira. Jean-Louis and Lee were very welcoming, efficient, kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Exactly as described. Attentive and accomodating host, lovely location surrounded by wonderful restaurants, very clean and well equipped.

We are just back from a week's stay and would highly recommend this house & would like thank Cristina & Salvador. The location is very central and close to all the restaurants / cafes & shops. Also it was a short walk to the boat out to Tavira Island & the Train station in Tavira which we recommend for day trips. Eating in was made all the easier with all the local fresh produce found at the market and the roof top terrace made for relaxing peaceful evenings.

Una casa fantástica, muy especial, tradicional y cómoda en una ubicación totalmente céntrica pero tranquila al mismo tiempo. José es un anfitrión muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Un lugar donde volver, sin duda!

La casa estaba tal cual en fotos. Limpia, ordenada y cómoda. Alejandro se comunicaba con nostros en todo momento desde que reservamos hasta que llegamos a la casa, algo que fue necesario ya que hemos estado a punto de cancelar el viaje debido a la DANA. Casa muy confortable, limpia y ordenada. Muy buenos anfitriones tanto el como Nuria.

Todo muy bien en el alojamiento. Para mí gusto le faltarían algunos utensilios de cocina y si es posible que haya lo mínimo para cocinar como sal, pimienta y aceite para no tener que comprar. Pero más allá de estos detalles nada que decir del alojamiento. Muy bueno y a muy buen precio. Exelente playa cercana.

This place is a gem. First, it is spacious and well laid out. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one quite large), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with its large kitchen table. Of course, the backyard is to die for. It has a pristine pool, lounge chairs, a sofa and an outdoor dining table. I spent a lot of time in that yard, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The kitchen is super well equipped, and one can make everything from a simple sandwich to a full blown meal there. How comfortable was this place? I found myself spending a lot of time next to the pool even though the beach is mere minutes from the house! it had everything I needed so I ended up spending a lot of time there, just chilling. The host and the manager were both super friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way.

Apartamento cómodo y funcional, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Amparo, muy atenta y servicial

La villa est très fonctionnelle. Chaque chambres à sa salle de bains et toilettes. La villa est isolé et nous avons apprécié le calme. La piscine est très agréable en fin de journée. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il ne manquait vraiment rien. C’est un endroit vraiment charmant pour passer un séjour agréable. Tout était parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. On y reviendra très volontiers.

Absolutely loved our stay in Tavira The place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive. The outdoor space of the apartment is amazing and the amenities were top-notch. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of great eats and drinks nearby. Can't recommend this spot enough – would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

Really lovely home in a perfect location within Santa Luzia, while being close to Tavira and local beaches.
