Con 3 habitaciones con AIRE ACONDICIONADO, dos de ellas de matrimonio y una con tres camas de 90. Salón con sofá cama, pequeña terraza y cocina con patio. Dos baños completos con plato de ducha. Amplia PLAZA DE GARAJE en el edificio con puerta automática y acceso directo a la casa en ASCENSOR. Desde el portal hay 10 escalones de acceso a la vivienda y 3 desde el garaje.

This unique home has its own personality. Enjoy this charming little pisito next to the Ría and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, where you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
