Great place for a stay in Palau! Location is perfect to access the faro or walk into town and there are also restaurants very close by. The apartment is comfortable and garden is lovely. We did not realize it was a basement apartment but it still gets a lot of light and was lovely. One issue was that there is only one shower and the shower in the green bathroom can only really comfortably be used for baths or else the whole bathroom gets wet. Overall lovely stay and lovely host!!

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

appena arrivati ci ha accolti la sig Mariangela,molto gentile e disponibile anche l'ultimo giorno,casa perfetta con un bel giardino che i miei cani hanno apprezzato tantissimo,posti stupendi, e superconsigliato ,ci torneremo sicuro, abbiamo tanto da visitare

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Tanias Apartment. Der Check-In war trotz verspäteter Ankunft flexibel möglich und wir konnten alle angegebenen Ausstattungen vorfinden. Außerdem hat Tania als auch die Haushälterin sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und es wurden schnell Fragen rund um das Apartment als auch die Umgebung beantwortet. Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Bilder, sehr süß und einzigartig! Außerdem hätte man genug Platz für 5 Personen gehabt. Zu zweit war es für uns sehr sehr geräumig. Außerdem war die Terrasse wunderschön mit Meerblick und die Klimaanlage und das Equiment haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Hafen von Palau ist bereits von der Terrasse ersichtlich und nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben ab dort eine Bootstour gemacht, hätten aber dort auch direkt mit der Fähre auf die benachbarte Insel Maddalena fähren können. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 1 Stunde von dem Flughafen in Olbia entfernt und es befinden sich auf der ganzen Straße Parkplätze.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Isabelle. L’appartement est idéalement situé, j’ai adoré le style de l’appartement, il est encore plus mignon que sur les photos. Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et nous avons très bien dormi dans le lit très confortable. L’appartement est très propre et l’arrivée claire graces aux instructions d’Isabelle qui a toujours été très disponible pour nous. Merci !

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Wunderschöne Lage auf den Hügeln hinter der Costa rossa. Unser Sohn liebte das spielen im Garten, bei Sonnenuntergang auf der schattigen Terasse war das Abendessen ein Genuss. Vogelgezwitscher, sonst kaum Geräusche. Tolle Strände in naher Umgebung. Martina war sehr gastfreundlich. Mit google translator ging auch die Übersetzung auf Deutsch. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Ein Traum von Häuschen in einer wild-romantischen Gegend der Insel. Laura und Max haben uns herzlich empfangen, das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, es ist schön abseits im grünen Hinterland gelegen und doch nah an zu dieser Jahreszeit komplett leeren, traumhaften Stränden und Örtchen. Für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Die vier kleinen Hunde sind so unfassbar süß, dass es schwer gefallen ist wieder abzureisen und ihnen tschüß zu sagen. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend waren sie uns eine lustige und fröhliche Gesellschaft. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Pedule 46 ist genau so, wie man sie auf den Bildern sehen kann. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat mit ihrer tollen Terrasse eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und Sardinien. Der Standort ist ideal, um schnell zu Fuß (gute 10/12 Minuten) in der Stadt oder in der einzigartigen Natur mit seinen wunderschönen Bergen und Stränden zu sein. Eine Aussicht schöner als die andere, einfach sensationell. 😍 Ein Besuch im Adlernest, um dort den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten lohnt sich, wie so vieles mehr. Enrico ist ein toller Gastgeber und bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa von Anna und Carlo. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und der Garten (inklusive riesigem Pool) ein Traum. Wir wurden von Anna und Carlo herzlich empfangen und während unseres gesamten Urlaubs haben uns die beiden mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Ausflugszielen und weiteren Tipps versorgt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit in Zukunft selber noch einmal ein paar Tage dort verbringen!

The apartment offers everything for a family stay incl well equipped kitchen and washing machine. It has a very nice and private sitting area that you can use for yourself. There is also a supermarket within 5 minutes of walking distance. Thank you for letting us stay with you!

Delia's appartement is a wonderful place. We loved the terrace with a great view over the sea and to the Harbour of Castelsardo. The little beach of Castelsardo is only a view steps away and you can reach by foot the castle and also supermarkets and stores with everything you need. A really lovely place to stay for vacation. We enjoyed the week there very much.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria und Francesco sind sehr nette Gastgeber gewesen. Sie haben uns beim Check-In empfangen und freundlich die Wohnung gezeigt. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Sauber und leicht zu finden. Wir mussten etwas außerhalb parken, da man nicht direkt vor die Unterkunft kann, aber wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden! Gerne wieder!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

we had a great 5 days at this lovely property, and Andrea was super responsive, and proactively . he helped when the mains water to the whole area as cut. he managed to get a tanker of water in, with in a few hrs so the effect was nullified. he always responded to questions about the area giving advise where to eat , etc. clean, and crispy property. a little of the main road so I would advise a car would be preferable. very recommendable
