Beautiful, the place is much better than in the photos, beautiful everything, tidy, clean, the kitchen had absolutely all the utensils, the people who work inside the condominiums, very friendly, collaborators, and they indicated any concern, but everything much better than what you see in photos, the clean pool would return to closed eyes.

It is a very nice place, the apartment inside is really very nice and well maintained, it has air conditioning which is essential for the hot climate of Máncora. It also has a very nice view and the beach is well maintained. Recommended 🙌🏽

This place exceeded our expectations! We stayed for a week. It was comfortable, open and airy. The views from the deck were spectacular! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool below was maintained well. The beach was beautiful, and walkable. We were just a short distance from downtown where there were many great restaurants… and we could get there quickly by car, or walk or take a tuk tuk. We all agreed that we would stay there again the next time we go to Mancora.

Andrés was very responsive and solved a problem as quickly as possible when it happened (even though it was something caused by construction). The only thing I would recommend is perhaps adding more cooking utensils. Thank you very much for the nice stay and flexibility in check-in and check-out!

Very welcoming and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Mrs. Anita and her family have been very kind to us, she is always there for any questions, they have a shop next door, so we didn't miss anything. Also, the beach is very close and without a lot of people, the sunsets have been the best.

The location was perfect, the host super kind and always cooperative, and the suite was just as the pictures ! We had the entire floor for us, with a private pool overlooking the bay, right at the beach front ! Espectacular, for sure we will be back! Note: right at the beach front there are many stands with local food which they prepare onsite for you, we recommend to ask for Mariela and for sure order the ceviche de pescado for 30 soles ($7.50) and Chicharrón for the same price !

Everything is very tidy and clean, the social areas are very nice, a few meters from the sea.

Everything was too nice in the weekend I spent in the apartment, Mr. Percy who received me had an excellent treatment and the house loved me my friends. Recommended to 100.

The accommodation in general is quite pleasant, it is very nice and clean, access to the place is not so complicated, you can get there by motorcycle, the distance from the center makes the area quieter, and you have the beach 5 or 10 minutes away on foot, ideal for going with family and children since the size of the pool is generous, everything was according to the photos, the truth is that I recommend it and if I have the opportunity to return, I would do it without hesitation.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is very comodo, privado y has everything what you need including productos for cleaning. 10' - 15' walking to the ocean, very good localization with shops. Francisco y senora Doris are very helpful and super nice persons. Francisco was very responsive with every question or request that we had. Wi-Fi worked very well. Next time in Mancora I will for sure come back to Francisco's place.

Excellent place, across from one of the best beaches in the place. Very well distributed spaces and the best of the waterfront jacuzzi.
