Family-friendly holiday rentals in Punta prima

Fuimos un grupo de amigas a pasar 6 noches en Menorca y disfrutamos muchísimo en gran parte gracias a la casa de Maikel y Carmen, amplia, cómoda y con una excelente ubicación. Nos recibieron muy amablemente explicando os todos los detalles de la casa, y con regalo gastronómico incluido. Una estancia maravillosa y muy recomendable.

La estancia ha sido espectacular, la casa se corresponde completamente con las fotos. Cómoda, segura, con todos los detalles y utensilios necesarios para pasar una semana maravillosa. La atención por parte del propietario ha sido excelente, siempre con disposición para resolver cualquier duda, de manera amable y rápida. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce logement : restaurants, supermarchés, plages et couchers de soleil accessibles à pieds. C’était propre et Maria a toujours été réactive quand on avait besoin.

Loved this place in Menorca! Walking distance to the nearest beach with a lot of great resturant options nereby. The host answered all my million questions which I truly appreciate. Only thing was that I wish there was more toiletries and towels available as we ran out of them quick, but other than that it was great stay!

We have just come back from what was an incredible stay at Ramon's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, private, clean and tidy and extremely spacious! We had the best time. Ramon was always available to answer questions, before and during the stay. He was very flexible and tried to accommodate us with any requests we had. The location is perfect for buses to Mahon and a short walk to the beach in Punta Prima and just across the road is a waterpark! The pool at the apartment was fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time. There is acess to a BBQ and the apartment also had brilliant cooking facilities in the modern kitchen! The dishwasher was a welcome edition! We will be returning again next year! Thank you Ramon!

Le logement était impeccable et correspondait à la description. La piscine est parfaite avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île et la crique d'Arenal est magnifique. Il y a d'excellents restaurants, un supermarché accessible à pieds et une pharmacie. Marga a été très accessible dès la réservation du logement et jusqu'à notre arrivée sur place. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci encore !!!

Nous sommes venus passer plusieurs jours en famille dans cette magnifique villa avec 4 enfants de moins de 7 ans: Tout était parfait, hôte super accueillant et disponible, la maison est dans un environnement privé et sécurisé. La maison est grande et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons en plus bénéficié des conseils de Manu concernant les lieux a visiter adapté aux enfants. Super, nous recommandons!!

We had a great stay at Elsa's place. Its most amazing quality is that all windows have a view of the sea! There was everything we needed in the place, from kitchen utensils to beach towels. The area was also very quiet at night, there was a beach and a supermarket at a short walking distance. We will definitely try to go back next year! Thanks for everything :)

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und liegt sehr gut, um Strandurlaub zu machen, aber auch, um die Insel zu erkunden mit dem Auto. Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Man fühlt sich schnell heimisch und es ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Todo perfecto, no encontramos nada que no estuviera bien y todo fueron buenos detalles y atenciones por parte del propietario que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Procuraremos repetir

Met gezin 2 jongen kinderen In het verblijf van Jaume gezeten. Was een fijn en schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was top er is veel te doen in de omgeving ook op loop afstand. Zwembad was erg fijn.

L’appartement de Rosa est situé dans un quartier calme en hauteur, pas loin de la plage, de petits supermarchés et de bons restaurants La terrasse donne certes sur la rue mais le passage n’est pas très fréquent et gênant L’appartement est bien agencé et on a le nécessaire Rosa est très réactive si on la sollicite Ses instructions pour trouver le logement et s’y installer sont claires Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala Galdana qui est bien situé pour rayonner sur l’île

Ein wundervolles Haus, toll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht, inklusive einer Anlage die Trinkwasser filtert, was super praktisch war. Die Betten waren super gemütlich, der Pool war klasse und die Küchen Einrichtung perfekt! Es ist super ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss in 5mn vom schönen Badestrand, einem Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants entfernt. Mit dem Auto sowieso perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Insel.

Chalet de grandes dimensiones, de construcción reciente y buenos acabados. Jardín muy cuidado con piscina impecable. Terraza y azotea tipo chill-out espectacular. Interior como en las fotos del anunciante. Salón comedor amplio. 6 dormitorios, uno en planta baja con baño junto garaje que no se empleó ya que los diez que nos alojamos estuvimos en la planta noble. Quizás faltaría un baño para una de estas habitaciones. Cocina adecuada con todo lo necesario para su uso. Garaje para dos coches grandes aunque no hay problemas para aparcar el la calle frente a la casa. Aunque rodeado de chalets de parecidas características se llega a ver el mar. Calita con mini playa de arena a tres minutos a pie, resto de los alrededores con bellos acantilados. Si bien pasan aviones sobre el inmueble, ya que el aeropuerto está muy cercano, la verdad es que no llegan a molestar. En resumen, alojamiento de 10.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist äusserst gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Bucht war einfach traumhaft. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen - die Eltern auch nicht 😉.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We were 5 adults and 2 children (1&4y). Javier's listing was perfect. The house is better than the photos. The beds were comfortable! The garden is lovely, the pool is only 3 seconds away and safe. The kitchen had everything, incl dishwasher and a washine machine. Very clean. The sunset from the roof terrace is beautiful. The location is perfect. There is a beach with white sand, lifeguard and crystal clear waters just 5-10mins walk and a supermarket in Binibeca village the same distance but in the opposite direction. There is an icream place and a smaller supermarket only 2 min walk. In Binibeca there is also restaurants/bars. I had an issue with the patio doors not locking properly and Javier replied within 10 minutes, he was straight on his way to us when I managed to get it working (very responsive). I read online a lot about houses in Menorca with mosquito problems, we didn't experience it. I don't have anything less good to say - I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Javier!

We had a wonderful time in this clean, homey house. It was clear from the moment we stepped in the house that Arturo put in the work to decorate the place and make sure you'd feel comfortable. We had everything we needed and more: great pillows, plenty shower gel & shampoo, parasols, enough tools in the kitchen, and much more. Arturo was always available and was able to clearly answer our questions.
