Family-friendly holiday rentals in Punta prima

We were a group of friends to spend 6 nights in Menorca and we enjoyed a lot in large part thanks to Maikel and Carmen's house, spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. They welcomed us very kindly explaining all the details of the house, and with a gastronomic gift included. A wonderful and highly recommended stay and highly recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at this villa in Punta Prima. The sea views and pool area are stunning, and the whole place feels private and peaceful. It’s a short walk to the beach and local shops, and we also visited the zoo and Mahón, both of which are a short drive away. The villa was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout worked well for our family. We travelled with our young daughter, who turned four during the trip, and it was a great spot for a quiet family break. Check-in was easy. We were sent all the details before we left, and Marta stayed in touch throughout. She replied promptly when we asked a question upon arrival and had a broken sun awning sorted without delay. We’d definitely return. A lovely big pool, an amazing view of the ocean and lighthouse, and a great location. It’s hard to fault.

The stay was spectacular, the house is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable, safe, with all the details and utensils needed to spend a wonderful week. The attention from the owner has been excellent, always willing to resolve any questions, in a friendly and quick manner. I will return without hesitation, Menorca is a paradise and the place where I stayed is nothing short of perfect. Thank you very much Esther and Carlos for everything Regards

Check in was very easy and there are supermarkets and beach nearby. Was nice but a bit cramped for six adults.

Loved this place in Menorca! Walking distance to the nearest beach with a lot of great resturant options nereby. The host answered all my million questions which I truly appreciate. Only thing was that I wish there was more toiletries and towels available as we ran out of them quick, but other than that it was great stay!

We have just come back from what was an incredible stay at Ramon's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, private, clean and tidy and extremely spacious! We had the best time. Ramon was always available to answer questions, before and during the stay. He was very flexible and tried to accommodate us with any requests we had. The location is perfect for buses to Mahon and a short walk to the beach in Punta Prima and just across the road is a waterpark! The pool at the apartment was fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time. There is acess to a BBQ and the apartment also had brilliant cooking facilities in the modern kitchen! The dishwasher was a welcome edition! We will be returning again next year! Thank you Ramon!

Lovely place right next to the beach. Had everything anyone would have needed for a beach holiday. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We came to spend several days as a family in this beautiful villa with 4 children under 7 years old: Everything was perfect, super welcoming and available host, the house is in a private and secure environment. The house is large and very well equipped, we lacked nothing. We also benefited from Manu's advice on places to visit suitable for children. Great, we recommend!!

We had a great stay at Elsa's place. Its most amazing quality is that all windows have a view of the sea! There was everything we needed in the place, from kitchen utensils to beach towels. The area was also very quiet at night, there was a beach and a supermarket at a short walking distance. We will definitely try to go back next year! Thanks for everything :)

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and is very well located for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the island by car. Maria is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to questions. You quickly feel at home and it is very clean and tastefully furnished. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Everything was perfect, we didn't find anything that wasn't good and everything was good details and attentions from the owner who was attentive to us at all times. We will try to repeat

Jaume was a great host. He checked with us several times to make sure everything's in place. It was a very pleasant stay. The place was exactly as described.

Rosa's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, not far from the beach, small supermarkets and good restaurants The terrace overlooks the street, but the passage is not very frequent and annoying The apartment is well arranged and we have the necessary Rosa is very responsive if you ask her Their instructions for finding and settling into the accommodation are clear We had a great stay in Cala Galdana, which is well located to explore the island

This is a perfect villa for a family holiday. the location is convenient for the beach, this is a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with a restaurant. the local shop has everything you need and a larger supermarket is also in walking distance as are several good restaurants. you could manage without a car. the villa is fully equipped with everything, as much as I have at home. This is our second visit.

Large chalet, of recent construction and good finishes. Very manicured garden with immaculate pool. Spectacular chill-out terrace and rooftop. Inside as in the pictures of the advertiser. Large dining room. 6 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with bathroom along with garage that was not used since the ten we stayed were on the noble floor. Perhaps a bathroom would be missing for one of these rooms. Suitable kitchen with everything you need for your use. Garage for two large cars although there is no problem parking the street in front of the house. Although surrounded by chalets of similar characteristics you can see the sea. Calita with mini sandy beach three minutes walk, rest of the surroundings with beautiful cliffs. While airplanes pass over the property, since the airport is very close, the truth is that they do not get to disturb. In short, accommodation of 10.

We felt completely comfortable. The house is extremely well maintained, furnished with great attention to detail and excellently equipped. The view of the bay was simply fantastic. Our children didn't want to leave - and neither did the parents😉.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We were 5 adults and 2 children (1&4y). Javier's listing was perfect. The house is better than the photos. The beds were comfortable! The garden is lovely, the pool is only 3 seconds away and safe. The kitchen had everything, incl dishwasher and a washine machine. Very clean. The sunset from the roof terrace is beautiful. The location is perfect. There is a beach with white sand, lifeguard and crystal clear waters just 5-10mins walk and a supermarket in Binibeca village the same distance but in the opposite direction. There is an icream place and a smaller supermarket only 2 min walk. In Binibeca there is also restaurants/bars. I had an issue with the patio doors not locking properly and Javier replied within 10 minutes, he was straight on his way to us when I managed to get it working (very responsive). I read online a lot about houses in Menorca with mosquito problems, we didn't experience it. I don't have anything less good to say - I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Javier!

We had a wonderful time in this clean, homey house. It was clear from the moment we stepped in the house that Arturo put in the work to decorate the place and make sure you'd feel comfortable. We had everything we needed and more: great pillows, plenty shower gel & shampoo, parasols, enough tools in the kitchen, and much more. Arturo was always available and was able to clearly answer our questions.
