This place is a hidden gem. Everything was as described and even more. TV is upgraded to like 50 inch Smart TV, it was awesome to watch movies outside at night. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive. Private access to the sea, crystal clear water, amazing green garden. All our requests were solved immediately, Silvia is incredibly attentive host. And her parents are so lovely, multiple times they bought us different food and treats just as a present. We truly were feeling like in heaven for those few days.

Everything matches the description! Sabrina and Alessandro are super nice, prepare a nice cot and even got our little ones a sand kit! We really enjoyed the fact that we got to see sun rise and sun set daily, and able to lunch on the porch!

The welcome of the hosts is exceptional with a lot of attention to the guests. Ideal family home with children. Ideal equipment for people coming by plane (beach towels, beach bucket for children, parasol, hair dryer, hair straighteners are available). Beach 2 min walk as shown on the listing, it's really great. Hosts always available and responsive to all requests. Wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully appointed apartment in Noto. The space was thoughtfully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style, and the tile work throughout was absolutely stunning—such a lovely touch that added to the charm of the home. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the heart of town, yet still peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the terrace: a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening with views of the rooftops and surrounding beauty. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Noto!

We enjoyed the outside terrace. Parking was right outside the property and safe. Ideally located for Siracusa/ Ortigia and beaches. Bed was very comfortable.
