An apartment by the sea, with beautiful views of Isla Canela beach. Very good location, with very well-kept common areas. Private parking, paddle tennis courts, two swimming pools, one large and one small for children, open in season, a restaurant in the residential complex open year-round. The apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom with two separate beds, and the possibility of using a sofa bed, a small kitchen but with everything you need, and a terrace with stunning views.

The layout of the house was maintained but the spaces were redesigned in order to make it comfortable, practical and functional. Many thanks to the very nice couple, who welcomed us very kindly and were very accommodating. The apartment is very clean, just a few steps from the beach and equipped with everything you need. There are many restaurants within walking distance, some were still closed because we were there out of season (mid-May), but there was still enough choice.

Berta's house has an unbeatable location. Front line beach with direct access to the promenade but with the privacy of being in a gated development. For the dates we went, late June, it was very quiet. It's just what we were looking for. We have had everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. It has a spacious and comfortable terrace with ocean view. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back

A home facing the sea and the beach

Our stay went very well, the apartment is as described, clean, spacious, with central air conditioning, the very well equipped kitchen, both bathrooms have bathtub, the bedrooms and kitchen with plenty of storage. Building with green spaces, swimming pool and a support bar with uninflated prices. We arrived in the evening and the agency that manages the rental had already closed (it is located in the building immediately next door), the keys to the building, apartment and garage were left in the lockbox. We had to discover the apartment and the parking space for us, but as we were given the door and parking number was quick. There is free parking outside in front of the building, but the parking lot is quite useful for unloading and loading the bags, as it is next to the elevator and this is close to the apartment. We usually take a vacation on Canela island, but it was the first time we stayed in Punta del Moral and in this house. We loved it and thought we'd come back more often.

From the very beginning, they treated us excellently. The apartment was a 10, the terrace was incredible to rest and relax with the landscape. And there was everything, and in perfect condition. Emphasize how detail-oriented they are and how they make you feel at home. We recommend it for couples, even with a baby, as was our case. They had the crib with toys and stuffed animals. Totally recommended.
