Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta del Este

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

It is located in a very privileged location as there is very accessible commerce. Florencia responded promptly. The gatekeepers of the condominium are very attentive, especially Daniel. Indico this option for everyone!

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. The location is ideal, close to everything and the place was very clean , well equipped and as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and quiet, perfect for resting. We want to highlight the attention of Nestor, the host, was always available, provided everything we needed and was very kind from the first contact. It was clear that I wanted us to have a good experience and that made a difference. We recommend it and would definitely go back .

Eduardo, was a great host who was attentive to all our needs. Perfect location within walking distance of amazing beaches and all of downtown Punta del Este.

The apartment is bigger and nicer than what was appreciated in the photos. The building had external and indoor heated pools, a gym, a pool table, a ping-pong table. There was beach service with lounge chairs and parasols. Everything was great

The apartment is exactly as described and as in the pictures. The location is excellent, not needing the car for virtually nothing. The bed is very comfortable, the bath is good, the kitchen is complete and the garden is a very cool differential, great for a parrilla, breakfast or just another outdoor living room. Anali is Marcelo's service is always very responsive and attentive.

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out for dinner at the tip. Out of season you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say on Saturday there may be noises of people and music on the street but the double glass of the openings mitigates the theme quite well. The depto is set with excellent taste and quality to an excellent hotel with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The terrace balcony is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and wine with sunset cheese. When I come back to Punta del Este only as a couple it is always going to be my first choice!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! Karen is a very dear, kind, attentive and helpful host. Township has helped us whenever we need it with easy and quick communication. Your little house is charming, located in a rural area near José Ignácio, super delicious and cozy. It's exactly like the pictures: beautiful, clean and with a magical energy! We love staying here!

The house is conveniently located, both Alejandra and her son were super attentive and responsive in communication. The house is just like in the photos, something important to enjoy with our pets.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Very attentive Lily, everything is very clean. Excellent mattress, wifi and Smart TV. Chiquito but nothing is missing, as shown in the photos. I was able to leave the car in a safe place. I would definitely come back if I need to stay in Maldonado.

I went with my family to enjoy a weekend. The house is beautiful, very spacious and bright, the living room space very enjoyable. The beach is very close and beautiful. The surroundings are very peaceful. The hosts are very friendly. We were very happy with the general stay.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent stay. Quiet place and with a clear view of the greenery, ideal for rest. Good heated pool, surrounded by the garden. Comfortable garage space.

I stay 4 days in the MS depto with my daughter. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos with the plus of the beach elements that were very useful to us. We arrived at 2 in the morning and did not have any inconvenience to get in as there are very friendly staff at the reception and they gave us the key. Everything in the depto works properly . The neighborhood is very nice with markets nearby. Highly recommended!!!
