Nice place five blocks from the beach. The apartment is simple but has all the amenities. Victoria and Federico took very good care of us. 100% recommended.

It was a memorable stay. Paula is always looking to make things easier for us. When I return to Punta del Este I would have no hesitation in looking for her apartment that has everything, spacious and excellent view. All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. The house mad3 of wood, spacious, very peaceful location, few step from the nice beach. The neighbourhood is good, but a bit empty in the night. Was nice stay for us.

Beautiful house, in a super cute setting. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing and everything is in very good condition. Beds were ready when we arrived! Communication with them was very smooth and very willing! We loved it and would definitely go back!

"Ibasho" is a place where a person feels at home, where they can be themselves and find a sense of belonging, that's what we felt when we arrived at Juan Luis' accommodation. Everything was perfect, much better than in the photos, the yard is ideal if you have escape-prone dogs because it is very well fenced. Everything is very neat, super enjoyable spaces inside and outside the accommodation. Juan Luis was very attentive, flexible at check-in and check-out, and gave us good directions to the area. They made us want to stay and live, we will definitely be back!

The stay was very nice. We were the end of tourism and we spent very quiet taking advantage of the patio in the hours of solcito, and the stove when it was already starting to cool down. There is a lot of nature around, at night you hear the waves of the sea and in the morning you wake up with the singing of the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, they were available, making sure we were comfortable. As for the area, it is quiet, there is a supermarket 5 blocks away, a warehouse 2, and a bakery 24hs 10 blocks (very rich and complete). As shown in the photos, there is a garden that we used with respect and care, accompanying the pizza with fresh basil. There are two cuddly and friendly dogs that come by to say hello and do some company if they see you outside but never enter the house because they are very respectful. Meets everything you need to disconnect from the routine of the city.

I've been to a number of AirBNBs around Uruguay in the last couple years. This is the first one where we opted for a second booking. Natacha is wonderful. It is a beautiful home and we love it. The electric kettle lid is difficult to pop open, but beyond that, its hard to come up with any down sides to this property. It felt a little less private than the first time, as I think the neighbors have cleared some foilage on their property. But, all in all, this gem was just as wonderful the second time as the first! Everything is perfect. The apartment is very nice.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!
