Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent stay in a gated community just to the south of the airport (about a 10 min drive). The property was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. There are a variety of great restaurants about a 5 minute walk from the property. Natalia was an excellent host; very communicative and helpful with recommendations. She made the stay feel right at home and even came to greet me as I arrived to provide information on the local area. A highly recommended stay if you are looking for a place to relax and be away from the main strip in Bavaro. I would definitely stay again!

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

El apartamento ordenado y limpio, muy tecnologico, las fotografias corresponden con las que estan en la publicacion. Sus recomendaciones fueron muy adecuadas, las zonas comeciales son cercanas.

Darleny was the best host on Airbnb that I’ve ever had. I googled and tried to plan. Her advice and suggestions were so much better. She we extremely responsive and was kind every step of the way. I am so glad I booked with her. If I ever come back to Punta Cana I will consider staying with her. If you book with her you will not regret it. Todo fue simplemente perfecto. El apartamento es hermoso, limpio y muy cómodo. La zona es tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Las personas en el área son amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Una mención especial para Gabriela: es muy atenta, responde rapidísimo y se asegura de que todo vaya bien durante la estancia. Gracias a ella nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento.

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

I booked this Airbnb after my flight got cancelled last minute at 3pm and the next available flight wasn’t until 11am the next day. I was a bit skeptical at first but at the end of the day I just needed a place to lay down and relax until my next flight. Let me tell you… the price of this apartment was beyond a steal! You get access to 3 beautiful pools in this gated neighborhood and everything about the place is just so comforting; it doesn’t feel like you’re staying somewhere sketchy in a foreign place. It’s a great space for 2 couples or a small group of friends as there is only one bathroom. There’s a Mexican restaurant 4 minutes drive away called “Los Balazos” just take my word and go have some food there once you wind down you won’t regret it! As far as transportation to the place, uber is much more affordable than a private taxi and is only 15 minutes from the airport.

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

Hetver’s place was amazing and perfect for us! He was very responsive with requests and assistance with everything. His place was very nice and newly remodeled. The place fit our needs. It has a beautiful swimming pool as well and is close to everything else around!

amazing spacious airbnb. great amenities in the area and very safe with security guards to ensure no public access. highly recommend if you are looking for a place in punta cana. will be back forsure!
