Family-friendly holiday rentals in Punta Cana

We had the best time at the apartment. Location is amazing, private, beach is right outside your doors, plenty of space. Activities within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean. Monica and Virgilio were there when we needed them. Would love to come back.

Jenny was great. The home was amazing with a great location. Just a short drive to all of restaurants and attractions. Jenny is very responsive!

La estancia fue muy agradable, el equipamiento de la vivienda es bastante preciso en el anuncio menos la parrilla que no es la de la foto porque la que había era bastante vieja y usada! El wifi iba bien y la piscina y el jacuzzi también estan muy bien! Las cosas que no me han gustado son varias, tener que estar dando explicaciones continuamente a los de seguridad para poder acceder con amigos o familia y sino se avisa antes de las 5 de la tarde no puede entrar nadie! El cochecito golf para moverse por el resort no está incluido en el precio y sino se tiene vehículo es bastante necesario porque la playa andando está a unos 20 min más o menos! Tampoco se puede comer en los resort a menos que se pague un pase de dia que incluye disfrutar del resort y acceder a los buffet que dependiendo del resort te puede costar entre 50 y 160 euros porque hay varios resort dentro del complejo. Tener que pagar la luz de la estancia tampoco me pareció correcto pero en el anuncio está bien explicado.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en el apartamento y no puedo estar más feliz con la experiencia. Desde el primer momento, el lugar superó mis expectativas, es impecable y está decorado con muy buen gusto. Cada rincón está pensado para ofrecer comodidad y funcionalidad. como una cocina totalmente equipada, una camas súper cómodas y una iluminación perfecta. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Está en una zona excelente, segura y tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. restaurantes, tiendas y zonas verdes. Es ideal tanto para una escapada de relax como para una estadía más larga. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento cómoda, elegante y bien ubicada. ✨✨

Todo en excelencia, el lugar es maravilloso, caminando a la playa y piscinas, caminar por la marina es fantástico. Lugar muy tranquilo, muy recomendado.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful private villa during our family trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together as a family, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

Ce fut un long séjour et très agréable , assez spacieux pour deux personnes dans un environnement très paisible .pour améliorer le confort il reste uniquement à remplacer le matelas principal. L hôte Yvan est très aidant et disponible pour ses clients , il a aussi plusieurs autres logements locatifs à Punta cana et ses environs

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

O apartamento é exatamente conforme o anúncio. Me hospedei por 3 dias com minha esposa e meu filho de 12 anos. O condomínio é muito bem localizado, limpo e seguro. Fica bem pertinho de uma praia privada paradisíaca que vale muito a pena. Patrick nos atendeu super bem e foi muito cordial. Como sou Brasileiro senti falta apenas de uma churrasqueira na varanda do apartamento. Com certeza vou voltar, pois o local é maravilhoso!

This home is amazing, the pictures don’t do justice to the Garden area, the pool is amazing, me and my family had a grill night and it was awesome, definitely if I come back to the area this will be my first option.

La maison de Angela est très confortable et très bien située . Il y a 4 salles de bain avec douche adjacente au chambres. Angela est tres disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes pour les petites choses qui manquaient. Il y avait une femme de ménages fiable et disponible 3 fois semaine. Le frère et le beau frère de Angela ( Sergio et William) sont très serviables et disponibles ( a un coût très raisonnable) pour les commissions et certains déplacement au village . La maison est spacieuse et très bien située pour 8 personnes. Nous recommandons fortement la villa . L’endroit est très sécuritaire et il y a des guérîtes de sécurités . Nous reviendrons assurément très prochainement. Nous étions 4 couples et avons séjourné 1 mois . L’endroit ( Punta Cana Golf and Resort) est magnifique avec accès à plusieurs plages.( plage Cana golf club , plage Westin , , Playa Blanca. Merci à Angela et la famille. RICHARD 👍❤️🤩 P.S important de savoir qu’il y a un service de livraison d’eau .

Awesome place, Pat is a great host, good team, great Manager Greg. Driver was nice, picked us at the airport, even took us grocery shopping. Pat has a comprehensive hospitality package that was really helpful. Felt at home. Our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The best place to stay if you’re in Marina Capa Cana, Punta Cana. It feels home completely. There is no amenity your mind can think of during your stay which is not there at Pablo’s place ( all in great working condition). Pablo was super responsive and was very flexible with the checkin checkout process. Checkin instructions were very clean clear and smooth. The view from balcony was great. Mostly if you’re looking for a Self time and private time this is the place. Beautiful Clean quiet place. There are convenience store around and you get everything there (except vegetables). There’s this Foodelise app from which you can order food. Recommendations: Dolce Italia is really good! Peach Martini is a must try. Pablo’s place is 15 min from airport. Safety: We didn’t went out much at night but however whatever we did, it was safe. The apartment is completely safe. There’s this camera at the entrance which makes you feel super safe. We even extended our stay! 5k Stars to Pablo (:

the villa provided by Binca and managed by Veruska was beautiful to stay in for the week, inside the villa complex were nice and tidy roads and great views of the golf course and greenery in the area. Binca was very helpful in booking excursions at short notice and we had regular contact with the manager Veruska during our stay which was pleasant and relaxing throughout! really made it enjoyable in an unfamiliar location and with my group not being fluent in the local language, helped us avoid a lot of hassle with travel and places to visit.

To describe our vacation at The Sanctuary was AMAZING! To be up front we were initially taken aback by the additional costs that we were not aware of until full payment was received. Be prepared to pay for electricity and make sure you note the extra cost for the Airbnb surcharg tax. We also took the offer for transport to and from the airport with a stop to buy groceries for an additional $185 US. This would have been much less with Uber or even through prearranged transportation through trip advisor. With the additional charges it cost us an additional $650 US or $935 Canadian. The condo itself was perfect! Everything was supplied so no need to buy dish soap, paper towels or toilet paper. We also had a cleaning service every 3 days with towel changes and beach towels. We were there 3 weeks so there was also a bed linen change. Last but not least the property manager, Yasha was wonderful, and was always available when we contacted her. We will be back!

We had a great time at playa turquesa N401. The condo was very spacious and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pool and grounds were well maintained and we felt very safe. Julie and Caran were very helpful throughout the stay and offered great recommendation and assistance with bookings. We hope to return!

Ben fue atento y muy amable. El departamento estuvo bonito y espacioso, con muy buenos acabados y bastante cerca a las playas. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con mi familia. Volveremos muy pronto a Punta Cana y a Sol Tropical.
