Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

The property was well maintained and easy to access. it was neat and clean and everything was functioning inside. Beds/Linens were clean and so as the furniture/kitchen. I stayed with my family for 4 days and it was a very good experience. Car park was on the road outside the property. Price was higher compared to similar properties. Host is a good person and friendly. He was very responsive and ensured everything was fine during the stay. I had a pleasant experience staying here.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

Had a very nice stay, host was very welcoming, check in and out was flexible, host helped a lot in parking and he even let me borrow his vehicle for some shopping. A very good experience

Archana's place is neat and clean having all the required amenities. Archana is a wonderful host & is very prompt in her communication. She makes you feel at home. The facility is completely independent and intrusion free. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an AirBnb in Pashan/Baner area.

It was great experience for us. It was very peaceful. All the amenities were there as mentioned. Would surely recommend my friends to be here. So we had our train reaching early then our check in time so I requested the team to give me check in 1hr before and they somehow managed to provide the check-in and we are grateful for that. Overall great stay.

Amazing place this is. Right in the heart of Koregaon Park. You have number of Cafes and Restaurants within walking distance. Also you have chai tapris if you crave for it. The place itself is nice cozy.. trees around.. you wakeup to birds chirping. The fav thing about this place is the balcony.. 🥰 About the host - Lalit is promt to reply if you have any doubts. If you need anything he is just a call away. Housekeeping is also very helpful. Thank you Lalit for hosting us. 😊

The stay was amazing,host was responsive,proper parking was there, cleanliness was maintained. The caretaker of the place was also very polite. The ambience, the river view in the evening everything was just wonderful. And most importantly washrooms were clean with proper water supply.

From the moment I got in touch with the host while I was planning my travel, Indraneel has been super responsive. Responses were within seconds of my asking the query. He even shared more photos of kitchen, utensils etc. when I asked for more details. Check-in was smooth and trouble free, address and details shared were perfect. The location is peaceful, with many shops within walking distance. Many good stores like Fab India, Raymonds etc. and also clinics very close by. Being a residential community, the ambience was perfect. All equipment and amenities were provided. This is the 5th Airbnb property I stayed at in Pune, and I would say that this was my best experience, especially in terms of adequate amenities and comfort. I felt at home from the moment I reached there. My son and I had a comfortable stay, he could reach his college in 10 minutes, was easy for uber auto and cabs to reach the apartment, with no extra instructions needed. Even during stay, hosts were very supportive

It was home away from home. Very much comfortable and accessible from prime locations. I booked it for my visit to nearest eye specialist for my father. Bhakti is very friendly and a very nice host. She even had all essentials stocked like basic grocery stocked. It was real relief for me as I was accompanied with senior citizens and toddler. Most special is Kids room as my toddler really enjoyed being at home.

This was such a nice place — we instantly felt right at home! Everything was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. Would definitely come back again!
