Excelente lugar , 100% recomendado para relajarse y disfrutar ..

La estadía en Villa Doña Alida cumplió con las expectativas que mi grupo se había creado con la propiedad. Lo primero que nos gustó fue el hecho de que esta en un complejo cerrado por la seguridad y tranquilidad que esto implica. El interior lo encontramos tal como esta en la descripción. Nuestra área favorita fue la amplia terraza donde realizamos nuestra cena de fin de año. Otro plus importante es el Jacuzzi privado con calentador. Es muy agradable estar en el Jacuzzi con agua caliente cuando la temperatura esta en 18C. No tuvimos tiempo de probar el área de BBQ, pero se ve muy bien. Durante nuestra estadía no tuvimos mayores problemas y las pequeñas cosas que surgieron fueron rápidamente atendidas por los anfitriones y su encargado Danny. Definitivamente, esperamos tener la oportunidad de regresar en otra ocasión a disfrutar de Villa Doña Alida.

Me sentí como en casa. Muy buenas atenciones y tienen al señor Gustavo que es el cuidador del día que es una estrella, todo y cuanto le pedimos nos lo facilitó y José el cuidador nocturno también es muy buen muchacho y servicial. El lugar es fenomenal todo muy lindo. Gustavo nos llevó con los animales de la granja. Lo recomiendo al 1000% y pienso volver. Bendiciones para todos allá.

Hylton was very attentive and responded very fast! Mabeli the cleaning girl, was super attentive and super sweet and fast helping us with breakfast and cleaning the house.

Carmen's apartment in Residencia Heidy was the perfect location for our month-long stay in Santiago! She and her son Carlos were very responsive and helpful and made us feel like part of the family. The apartment was both clean and spacious and located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance from several nice restaurants. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer and security of living in a building with a locked gate. Would love to return and stay here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The location was stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The property was spotless, and the variety of restaurants nearby was fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Alojamiento en zona céntrica de la ciudad, cerca de centros comerciales y supermercados a la vez de estar ubicado una un lugar extremadamente tranquilo.

The place was beautiful. Gated community, private, very clean, any spacious. We felt safe. Saul (the co-host) he was great!!! Attentive, answered our calls promptly. Made sure we were accommodated upon arrival. Same goes with Lynette ( the host). Excellent service.

Dulce listing was just as accurate to the pictures and descriptions. Everything went and looked great, it was a nice resident and gated area

La ubicación y el residencial están muy bien ubicados, ofrece seguridad y tiene la zona de esparcimiento en la piscina...

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as advertised: clean, beautifully decorated, and centrally located, with most destinations less than a 20-minute drive away. Saul, who managed the property, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The pool was well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. We’d rent this place again during a future visit.

AMAZINGGGGGGG is an understatement! My family and I enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was A1! Everything and anything you need you will have in this villa! We def will be back :)

We had an amazing amazing time! The host, security and everyone was very attentive. We felt so safe , the neighborhood is lovely. The property was MASSIVE with so much to do. All of my kids and grandkids had an amazing time. This is an amazing place for those staying in Santiago with Large groups. Look no further, this is the Airbnb to stay at! We can’t wait to go again!
