Coco Cabaña #1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Cay House, Jewel of the Utila Bay

This enormous home is completely surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. The beautiful dock offers spectacular views of sunsets and sunrises. Each of the five bedrooms boasts a stunning sea view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the best dive shops and restaurants while still being away from the hustle and bustle of town. After a day of diving, you can relax in a private sensory deprivation float room. To ensure your comfort at all times, a new generator has been installed.

Beach Sunset Studio - Amazing location!

The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, clean, stylish space. We have tried to provide you with the essential amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

The Sandy Bay Beach-front Home is a beautiful "island-style" recently renovated, private residence with just under 2000 SF of open floor plan and 90 ft of beach front with great snorkeling just steps away.
