They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. City of Wehlen Markthaus - Vacation rental - Apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic Malerweg. The vaulted cellar and foundation walls date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a rest stop, post office and inn. In 1850, a massive extension was built in the classicist style. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

From this centrally located place, you can walk to all the important places in no time: Golden Rider, Japanese Palace and Elbe River, Neustadt and Altstadt! ~12 min walk from Neustadt train station, tram right outside the door! The accommodation consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom (double bed) and a living room with balcony and sofa (extendable for 2 more people). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer and coffee maker including fresh coffee beans!

The quiet apartment is located in an apartment building in a rural area near Dresden. My house includes a small garden with large fruit trees, a barbecue area , granite fountain and a small stream. Shopping and regional public transport can be reached within a few minutes by foot . Within a few minutes' walk, you can relax in the natural surroundings and explore the West Lusatian hills in our extensive network of hiking trails.

Gerne würde ich euch Dresden Pillnitz und Umgebung näher bringen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Schlosspark, die Innenstadt ist mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Schaufelraddampfer gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 300 m Entfernung. Pirna, das Tor zur Sächsische Schweiz, liegt fast vor der Haustür. Hoffentlich habe ich euch neugierig gemacht und wir sehen uns bald, bis dahin Grüße von Anemone.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
