The place had an awesome vibe and the rains during our stay added to the allure -The rooms were nice and spacious and neatly maintained and the toilet etc. were spotless. What takes the icing on the cake was Satyaraj's culinary skills as he whipped up tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner which gave a completely homely vibe. Geeta devi ensured the home was kept clean at all times. The place is definitely worth a revisit with family & friends

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and I must say—it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene, the surroundings were beautifully maintained, and every corner reflected thoughtfulness and warmth. The rooms were extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment—perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the usual rush. Whether it was the quiet mornings, the cozy evenings, or the scenic views, everything came together to create a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. I’d gladly return again!

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

great stay, it had a beautiful surrounding and very peaceful vibe. Rasheed and Rafiya who were the caretakers were especially very helpful, proactive, polite and available at all times. They also prepared one time meals for us upon request at reasonable price and the food also was delicious. they helped us with information about sight seeing as well which helped me tweak certain things i had planned as I didn't book my vacation through a tour agent. all in all, id highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and clean place to stay amidst nature with a great view, and with amazing caretakers who are always available.

Nilambur is a very beautiful place unfortunately we had rains so couldn't visit tourist spots.... but we were amply compensated by the stay.... spacious, open & clean flat nestled amongst the greens of Nilambur... excellent place to stay and taken care by a gracious and extremely helpful host... if we come back to Nilambur we know where to stay

Our stay at Kalikavu has been the highlight of our 3 week trip exploring South India and loved by everyone in our group of 8 people - children and grown ups alike. The lush surroundings of rubber, betel nut and coconut trees and colourful plants with the mountains seen in the distance made it a perfect place to relax and take in nature. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Louis, Riyas and the ladies who prepared delicious meals for us were really helpful and made our stay very special. Particular thanks to Riyas who took us on a walk to the hidden waterfall where we all enjoyed a refreshing swim. We would definitely recommend Kalikavu to anyone wanting to explore Silent Valley and enjoy the beauty the valley has to offer.

The property is located in such a peaceful place. If one wishes to get relaxed and stay close to nature, I would Recommend this place.. and it was Clean, Neat... On top of everything the Staff Mr.Deepak was too responsive.. on the whole it's Highly Recommend Place to stay..
