We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood not far from Cologne.

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

Petra received me very nicely and warmly. Then she showed me the place and explained everything. Everything is very new and well-maintained. I felt right at home. In the area are supermarkets and also restaurants, which can be easily reached by car, but also on foot. So you have everything you need for your daily needs nearby. The area is very quiet. And due to the good weather, I was able to sit comfortably on the terrace behind the house in the sun. What more could you ask for? Above all, I am very grateful that Petra responded to my special requests. Thank you again for that. Petra is really a good-hearted and very likeable person and a great host.

Great accommodation to spend a few days in Cologne. The proximity to public transport has advantages and disadvantages: you are well connected, but you have to expect some train noise. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Organizationally, everything worked great. Thank you!

Was a nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. 30 min out of town by tram, still easy to get into town.

We had a great stay at this property on the outskirts of Ehrenfeld! The apartment is clean, suitably furnished and offers enough space for 6 people – also in terms of sleeping arrangements. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is modern and well maintained, and the living room is cozy and inviting. We also liked the location: quiet, but still you can quickly get to the middle of Ehrenfeld or Cologne city center. It is a short walk to the next station, so 4/5 stars, but for us it was still suitable. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time - clear recommendation!

Evelin greeted me directly upon arrival with her dog and handed me the apartment keys. I found the contact between her to be very nice and uncomplicated. Necessary information for arrival and departure was available promptly. In the accommodation you will find everything you need for a short stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. If I travel to Frechen again, I will gladly come back!

A very nice house! Everything was super clean and tidy. There were also all the facilities available. It was nice to stay there. The hosts also respond quickly and help with questions. Highly recommended! Supermarkets and shops are all within easy reach by car. The area is very nice and quiet.

The accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Checking in and out was super easy. The instructions or the description of how to get to the accommodation were also good and helpful. You can get to the center of Cologne very quickly by car. Otherwise, there are also beautiful cafés and restaurants in Frechen. We were super happy with the choice and would book the accommodation again at any time.

The place was as described in the listing. Everything was perfect there. We will especially remember the neighbor - Bibi. She even let us use her table and chairs for a snack outside. Thanks Bibi💋. Also a later check-out, which we requested at short notice due to a professional matter, was possible without any problems. We were there for 4 nights during the Dokomi, there are several shopping facilities nearby, the apartment has great amenities and Gerd was so kind. He warmly welcomed us and showed us everything and immediately gave us a few tips on where to park at the train station. We also talked to him a bit when he handed it in. Always happy ☺️☺️☺️

Great accommodation, very warm and friendly welcome, super family-friendly and everything exactly as described. My daughter cried bitterly when we left, because she wanted to stay longer and would have preferred to move in... I don't think I need to write more than that. :) We'll be back!

What an amazing find! A cozy living space, charming and helpful host, and a beautiful courtyard to unwind in. Close to a wonderful bakery, eatery and park. Michael’s place was a gem. If we find our way out here again, this home is the first one to be booked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We were warmly welcomed. Everything was clean and if we had any questions we could always contact them by message. These were always answered in a timely manner. We felt very comfortable.

The three of us were in Boris' apartment during a seminar in Cologne and wanted to live quietly in the countryside and be in the city quickly. Our choice was perfect for this! Modern furnishings without unnecessary stuff, really everything you need, cool at 35 degrees summer heat and an organic shop around the corner. We would come back.

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district of Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. The HIT supermarket around the corner is also handy. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks will make you feel welcome.

The accommodation is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I liked it a lot, everything was very clean and the apartment is very cozy. I would totally come back.

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!
