The overall experience was very good. Being in a private space, sure helps feeling relaxed and at peace. Enjoy the early sunrise over a cup of coffee and finish enjoying the outdoor tubs with my wife over a glass of champagne was perfect.

Well exceeded expectations! Jen was amazing, helped with local recommendations and timings of the places around, clear instructions whenever we communicated an overall excellent experience. Myself and my children spent 3 days here including Christmas Day, when we arrived it was decorated Christmas theme, there were Santa sacks, small Xmas tree, fruit, lollies and even some treats for mum. Absolutely in awe with our stay and our smiles will last a long time. Thank you Maryann and Jen for everything 🌸

Absolutely loved our stay at Kates, she was very flexible about checking in which was such a help. Everything was tidy and perfect for our stay. Would 100% stay again. Also shout out for one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in!!!!!!!

Phenomenal location, comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We loved our stay in this beautiful house. The layout has plenty of seating for your entire group with lots of quaint pockets for peaceful viewing of the ocean or the sound. The beachfront access is perfection and I personally loved the windows in the master bedroom. I could stay there forever. There is no central air conditioning but the breeze from the open windows in the summer kept us plenty cool. There is only one plug in the bunk room so charge your phone upstairs. A minor inconvenience for the big payoff of a quiet and gorgeous location. Maggie, our host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

Hilary and Rob are fantastic hosts. Hilary is super friendly and accommodating. I simply inquired if there is a microwave at the place to heat up takeaway food (no big deal if there isn’t one), she went out of her way -and bought a brand new one before we checked in. We were amazed by her kindness and effort, we really appreciated it. The place is very peaceful with stunning view, highly recommended! Thank you Hilary and Rob for a fantastic stay 😊 Cheers, Ben and Rita
