Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison ! L’endroit est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour passer des vacances confortables. Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et disponibles, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Le cadre est paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour des vacances reposantes et sans souci. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

We loved staying here! The house is really cozy, and the outdoor space and beautiful grounds are simply unbeatable. One note is that while the house does have a/c, the only two units are in the living room and bedroom with single beds upstairs. The temperature was perfectly pleasant mid-June, but it might be a consideration for some in hotter months of July and August.

Le logement d'Angela est une très belle location en plein coeur d'Eivissa. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, une terrasse où il fait bon vivre. Il est facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement. Vous pouvez également rejoindre le centre ville à pieds en longeant la côte par le remblais, c'est véritablement un gros point positif. De nombreuses superettes à 2 pas de la location vous permettent de faire vos courses sans contraintes. Tous les critères étaient réunies pour que nous passions d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci à Angela pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Una estada fantàstica, tot molt ben conservat i net. Ubicació molt centrica, a mi no m'ha molestat que estigui al costat de la carretera. Aire acondiciant en totes les estances. He trobat a faltar un forn i tendal al potxó.

Wir waren mit 10 Freundinnen und Freunden für ein langes Pfingstwochenende dort. Das Haus und die verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereiche und der Pool bieten grossartige Möglichkeiten zusammen die Zeit zu geniessen oder sich zwischendurch zurück zu ziehen. Vor allem der Sitzplatz am Pool ist fantastisch für ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang oder einfach um den Tag zu verplempern. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr unterschiedlich, aber durchwegs stilvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel mit en-suite Duschen. Mit Grillplatz und Brot- bzw. Pizzaofen macht es Spass gemeinsam Essen zu zubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I booked on behalf of my work colleagues so didn't stay at the villa myself, but they said it was wonderful. One thing to bear in mind is it's up a bit of a hill, so those with mobility problems may need a car. I understand there was a mix up about taking trash/recycling down the hill at the end of the stay, but it sounds like this was all sorted out in the end.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado si quieres tranquilidad , familiar, rodeado de otros departamentos que no supera al tuyo, con cochera ( importante!!), a 200 mts tenes playa , y si te gusta hacer actividades físicas es un buen lugar . En coche a 5 minutos de Santa Eulalia . El departamento amplio cocina pequeña pero práctica y muy completa, con un pasa plato y dos butacas , una mesa con silla y un living agradable . El balcón amplio con tender , se imcluye lavarropa en las instalaciones. baño completo. El balcón da al parking muy amplio y con plantas que recrean la vista . Por la mañana es ideal desayunar ahí , lo hacíamos a diario , y por la noche aún más . A pesar que consta con aire no fue necesario . No es fácil encontrar un departamento así . Gracias por hacerme pasara unos días tan bien como en casa

Muy contentos de habernos alojado en medio de Pujols al lado de gran oferta gastronómica y a escasos minutos de la primera de tantas playas maravillosas. María fue un host excepcional; muy agradable, siempre predispuesta y cercana, con ganas de ayudar en cuanto le fuera posible. El piso es más que correcto con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Nuestra valoración general ha sido excelente.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit Einheimischen – Alles war top organisiert und gut erklärt. Zwar etwas weiter von den Stränden im Süden entfernt, aber ideal, um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden.

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! Vista incredibile! Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia in quattro persone. Tutto estremamente pulito e curato. Cristina e Francisco sono stati degli ospiti impeccabili!

Casa molto bella e con vista mare stupenda. Antonio è stato molto gentile e super ospitale. Speriamo di tornare presto :-)

Great location. Spotless apartment.

We had an amazing time at Formentera and Vicente’s place was simply perfect. The house is really well decorated and spotless clean. It’s a 5 min away of La Savina and 7 min from Sant Francesc making it super comfortable to go out for dinner and top beaches. Vicent is really helpful and a super gentle host! We will definitively go back!!

The apartment is nice and had everything we needed. Its location is perfect with very short distance to shops, restaurants and beach. It’s absolutely worth the rent. The only thing we could suggest for improvement is a WiFi (but it was specified that there is none), because the mobile network is a bit weak there. Balbina is a perfect host and was very quick and helpful upon questions or requests. We are looking forward to coming back!

The apartment was a great place to stay for a week in Ibiza. It’s walking distance to Talamanca beach, the marina, local minimarts, pharmacy, restaurants etc. The pool is great for cooling down or having a quiet day. The apartment was plenty big enough for 3 of us to stay for a week - the kitchen has basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. External window shutters mean you can keep the rooms cool and dark which is great if you’ve had a busy night! Be aware that the apartment block is a stone’s throw from Pacha, so bring ear plugs if you’re bothered by noise. There’s a taxi rank right outside Pacha so getting to other parts of the city was extremely easy. It’s also walkable into the city centre. All in all, a really good place to stay if you’re planning on making the most of the entertainment scene!

A really calm and good place. A little bit tricky road, because mountains should be passed while coming from airport. Car is definitely needed. There is almost everything that you may need daily base. It is close to nice hiking places, very nice beach, and some beach markets. Communication was smooth, without any problem. For a calm vacation in Ibiza, it is a very good choice.

Heerlijk appartement! Fijn terras, zwembad en schoon! Wij (3 vriendinnen) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. De communicatie ging zeer soepel, de host reageert snel en duidelijk. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van supermarkten, restaurant en het strand (allemaal ongeveer 10 minuten lopen). De parkeerplaats is niet altijd beschikbaar en is krap (voor een grotere auto). Wel voldoende parkeergelegenheid rondom het appartement, verderop in de straat.

Logement bien placé, belle terrasse, location de vélo juste en face (prix abordable) pour faire le tour de l’île. Une plage pas loin de l’appartement accès à pied aussi. Cuisine très bien équipée ( j’ai pu cuisinier sans soucis🤪) et une hôte très réactive merci à elle. J’y reviendrai sans problème.
