A very nice and cozy place to spend with family, the house was very close to the lake and had a beautiful view, it also had central heating, so the house was always warm and we were not cold at all, I recommend it

Many thanks to Lía for her attention and quick response. The house is very clean, warm and comfortable. They offered us additional heaters as soon as we asked for them. We highlight the wooden floors, comfortable mattresses, soft bedding and practical layout with bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. The location is quiet, close to the lake and a 25-minute walk from downtown. The only drawback was the light from a street lamp coming in through the windows, as the curtains don't block the light well, which affected our rest. If that detail is resolved, the accommodation is excellent.

Quiet place, located near the airport, ideal for those who need to be close and avoid the traffic of Puerto Montt. A cabin with everything you need to accommodate one person or a small family. Attentive host. Very nice check-in and check-out instructions, always attentive to answer my questions.

Beautiful home, bright, cozy located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A wonderful view and within walking distance of the lake. Cristobal is always attentive to inquiries and worried that we had the best stay. Highly recommended

Varas! its Lakes and volcanoes! a Gift for view and Espiritu; second the Department of daniel with its unbeatable location! that allows you to get to know walking on foot, or by vehicle the environments ; it welcomes us warmly for the moments of rest , they are appreciable ! Excellent place. There were 6 of us and we were super comfortable. The place is super quiet and the apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the volcano. We'll be back anyway. Claudia was very attentive to our arrival. Thank you very much ☺️

Excellent apartment. Excellent connection with the administrators. I suggested that they value changing tubs in bathrooms, as they are outdated, uncomfortable, and risky for guests, particularly for those with mobility difficulties. That would be.

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.
