I was a bit nervous coming to this Airbnb because there were no reviews, but if you have the same concern, do not be worried! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and it was easily one of the most beautiful homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was a 10 min walk to downtown Puerto Varas and close to grocery stores. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wifi was super fast. I work remotely and had several video calls with no issues. Josefina always responded in minutes and was extremely communicative. We couldn't recommend it more and were sad to be leaving!

Spectacular, the charm of the south at its finest. A blend of the old and the new. We had a weekend with power outages due to bad weather, but they quickly went and solved the situation with a generator. A gesture that is appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy despite this strong winter. Comfortable beds, good heating, clean bathrooms, good distribution of spaces. Full kitchen. Resolute and very polite hosts.

Many thanks to Lía for her attention and quick response. The house is very clean, warm and comfortable. They offered us additional heaters as soon as we asked for them. We highlight the wooden floors, comfortable mattresses, soft bedding and practical layout with bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. The location is quiet, close to the lake and a 25-minute walk from downtown. The only drawback was the light from a street lamp coming in through the windows, as the curtains don't block the light well, which affected our rest. If that detail is resolved, the accommodation is excellent.

Everything was exactly as described, and the host (and their pet dogs) was amazing, and super responsive! They also have an option for a paid breakfast made by the host family, in case you'd like! Super close to the airport, which was an added bonus. The surroundings were extremely lush and beautiful, adding to the experience! Wish I stayed for longer!

The house is very comfortable, with spacious spaces, lots of bathrooms and beds with a central kitchen dining area that is the protagonist of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are ultra clean. It has a pellet stove that in my opinion is a little insufficient to heat all the spaces, although it has electric stoves that can be used in the pieces, maybe in the coldest months it could be little. Anyway it is very comfortable, I recommend it 100% for large groups or families.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.
