ur stay at Julio’s beach house was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and just steps from the ocean—but what truly made our trip special was Julio himself. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful every step of the way. Julio made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. He gave us fantastic local tips, helped with transportation questions, and even checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make their stay memorable. Thanks to Julio’s warmth and hospitality, we felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back for another stay at his beautiful beach house. Highly, highly recommend!

Sara and the caretaker Giovanni were super nice and very helpful. They helped us immediately with every request. The accommodation is also very nice, on the roof terrace you can look over the city and the beach. Beautiful

Arturo was a super host, very patient and helpful. The house is just like the photos, even though it is important for me to emphasize that if there are stairs to access the house, I do not represent a problem for me but I agree that it is information of interest. My family really enjoyed their stay, including my perr-son what was very important to me 💖

As is the publication, a very quiet area that is easy to access, very kind and always attentive.

The experience at Rick's house was absolutely wonderful😍. Having a view of Pacasmayo Beach and seeing the waves at all times made our trip much more special than we imagined. New apartment, with everything of quality. Kitchen with all necessary utensils, hot water and comfortable bed, everything we needed to be able to rest after surfing and sailing in the longest lefts in the world. For those who practice these sports, this is the dream accommodation! Safe location with 24-hour transportation, close to the hospital, less than 15 minutes on foot to the lighthouse or downtown. This is certainly the only place I would stay for a longer time in Pacasmayo. Rick is a very attentive and friendly host, always available to help with everything and give us the best tips, as well as being a phenomenal multi artist! Jagger, your pet, is an adorable, super polite and docile pit bull, even for me, who has always been afraid of dogs. You won me over! I hope to return soon! Thank you!🙏✨️

Very nice place, open, with greenery and with the terrace to share a rich outdoor breakfast or a rich grill. It is quite central and easy to get to the beach from there. The host was very nice and supported us in every query.

Central to all the hustle bustle of the quaint town of Pacasmayo. A short walk or drive to the world famous break and lighthouse. There was a well equiped kitchen to prepare meals in too. The terrace was also perfect for Pilates in the morning as well. 🙏

Had a wonderful Stay at Victor’s. we loved the location and the beautiful terrace. Victor and his family were very welcoming, sharing local recommendations and introducing us to any services we needed. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! Victor went above and beyond, not only was the place comfortable and well-located, but he also connected us with trusted locals for surf and ATV rentals, which made everything easy and stress free. Can’t recommend this spot enough if you want the real Chicama/Puerto Malabrigo experience.
