Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, a 24 hour gas station, pharmacies, a hospital, and beaches; all at walking distance for an enhanced experience in Town. Can get loud some nights in the seasonal time (Mondays and Thursdays specifically), not ideal for kids, online work, or early bedtimes. The studio itself is a welcoming and modern space. This is an apartment studio with an excellent location near the Plaza of Rincón, Lalas Beach, Bakery, Restaurants, Bars and Econo Supermarket is just 5 minutes away! It includes WIFI, TV, Stove, microwave, shower electric heater, utensils and basically everything needed to have a pleasant stay. Worth mentioning that the apartment studio is very spacious with a Queen Size bed!
