Everything was great and would come back. The only problem was the volume in the bedroom. You really heard everything very loudly that happens behind the window, as there is a small hallway and a garage. The grid to this hallway was regularly opened and closed and you heard this very loud when you were in bed there. Otherwise everything is great.

I had a good organization with the person in charge which made my trip very pleasant and being a part of its facilities was very welcoming Recommended!

Very good attention, reception, location, 100% food you can go out and enter 24/7 in case you go to dinner or some nearby bar, the pool and jacuzzi give a plus to the stay with a good view and the clean sun that cheers the day, close to go to the beach, it has everything in the dpto, large bed, 2 tvs Smart grande, equipped kitchen, refrigerator and Omar always attentive to any questions or queries, I would definitely come back to stay there, recommended. 🙌

Everything is very good, the apartment is new, clean and tidy. The area is super quiet, and you can walk to good restaurants and areas to be in contact with nature, stroll through the olive grove, or run around the golf course. The people in the building administration are very friendly. I felt at home, I recommend it.

It is a small apartment but excellent for two people, how important it has what you need and above all washing machine. It is cool, and is located in a clean and safe condominium area, close to everything

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The location is very good, which made my travels much easier and allowed me to enjoy the city without problems. The accommodation has everything you need for a short stay, is well equipped and offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!
