Excellent location. And Cynthia was very courteous and available. Her place was well decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend this location for people who want to relax and have everything they need within walking distance.

He’s was such an amazing host. Responsive and very clear. The actual airbnb was very nice and spacious for the 3 of us. Access to the pool is great and there is security on the premises. JMax, thank you for the hospitality and quick responses.

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Lugar cerca del downtown, la zona es segura y se puede caminar hacia los comercios y restaurantes. Apartamento cómodo y sereno. Buen área social para relajarse.

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

I will return to partake of Elvis’ hospitality again for sure. He is attentive to concerns and needs of his guests.

El alojamiento de Rosanny es excelente, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en tu propia casa, cada vez que viajo a Puntacana si está disponible me alojaría en el apartamento. Todo muy limpio, muy organizado. Nos encanta todo. Rosanny es excelente anfitriona, responde rápidamente cualquier duda o pregunta.

My children and I enjoyed the place. I wish it had a microwave because it would have made cooking easier. I did enjoy my stay. Thank you

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Great place to stay

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Vista Cana! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. Each guest had their own private bathroom, which made for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, and the amenities of Vista Cana (man made beach, restaurants, and beach bar with a DJ!) The villa is also very well-located, with easy access to nearby downtown (only a few minutes away). The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and was there whenever something came up. Highly recommend!

Vista Cana is a beautiful place i would highly recommend anyone wanting privacy, the most empeciable security so your safe while you are in the community.. its a very lovely place to stay.. the home was just as described on website extremely well kept and when i visit the D.R. again which will be in a few months ill be staying at the same residence.. the host was amazing despite not being able to speak spanish the people are so friendly they make you feel welcome..So thanks to our host for allowing us to use your lovely home and we definitely will be back

Excellent place, Shantal was a great host, I always had communication with her and I didn't have any problems. The place is very clean and comfortable, my stay was excellent, the location is perfect, it is a truly incredible place, I have no complaints, I recommend it with my eyes closed 20/10
