Very clean, has a cute plunge pool, lovely front lawn with a swing and a little bird bath, and a backyard facing the hills. The home is well equipped, the caretakers lives right next door and are available to help 24/7, Capt rajesh is just a text away with great recommendations for cafes and food, all in close vicinity and lots of options. If you want to truly experience nandi hills, with a spectacular view, secluded ambience, and rustic vibes, enjoying nature, relishing still moments and having a plesant bbq, in a safe gated community, this is the place !

Good place to stay. The attendant was very friendly and helpful and he took care of all our request. The location was in Kovalam near the beach and a challenge to find good restaurants nearby. But overall stay was good

He handled everything calmly and efficiently, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to key spots in the city. Whether it was stepping out for local food or exploring nearby beaches and attractions, everything was within easy reach. Thanks to the caretaker’s effort and attitude, we were able to enjoy our time at the property and felt well taken care of. Definitely a good choice for a short getaway in Calicut!

We had the most wonderful stay at Simple’s property in Coonoor. We visited to celebrate a special birthday and an anniversary and it was great! Simple and the staff were incredibly responsive, attending to our needs promptly and ensuring our stay was comfortable The location is truly breathtaking—private, serene, and surrounded by stunning views! The room was beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of aesthetics and cosiness The large windows with valley views were the highlight of the room, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature fully. The on-site treehouse was a delightful highlight, offering a view of the waterfall and the soothing sound of cascading water. Early mornings were divine, with the gentle mist and serene atmosphere creating the perfect start to each day. We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude, and we wish Simple all the best in continuing to offer such a great experience to future guests. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

The host Aparajita is super cool, she knows what a tourist want, i was with my family she listened to every thing properly and every time gave quick resolution. She also provided a list of places and Cafes to visit. The house was also maintained so good. Every necessary items was there. No need to go outside. Big thanks to Aparajita mam.

Great location and a wonderful house. We had a good time! We went as a group of 7 women. The house has a caretaker to address any needs or concerns which is good, but at the same time it felt like the caretaker's lingering presence and the presence of cameras particularly around the swimming pool area made it feel like there was limited privacy.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! We had a truly exceptional 4-week stay at this property. All initial hiccups upon arrival were quickly resolved by Siva promptly and he made sure everything was in order by doing regular follow ups. The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable making it perfect for a longer stay. Siva was a great host! Very helpful, courteous, and always quick to respond. The location was another highlight, with plenty to do in the area and Phoenix Mall just an easy 8-minute drive away. Enjoyed my stay with my family @ this independent coastal property @ Fisherman Colony. I have given 5 ⭐️ as it is definitely worth for its price. Host was very responsive & kudos to caretaker for providing amazing local home cooked food. Sunrise and Moonrise View from the property was just Amazing.

Savitha is a great host. Villa is same as how it is shown in photos. Also the place is very clean and bedrooms are quit big. A special thank to Roopaji the caretaker who cooked some really delicious food for us. The villa is situated in the residential area so you feel very safe. All in all a great experience and full value for money.

Arun is a great host. Very proactive and ready to listen. The flat is in a super residential location but has a lot of daily requirement shops near by including a More departmental store. The CMC Vellore and Ranipet campuses can be easily covered by autos, available within walking distance. The flat is extremely livable and has the added facility of a maid who comes every three days and cleans up the house and utensils. The linen and towels are also changed by her. all in all we had a great stay. Will come back if we have to come to Vellore again.

It was an absolutely delightful stay! picture perfect, superb interiors, facilities, matching the description and all the pictures listed match the property. he was very considerate and arranged parking inside the property when he came to know our car is new. all the amenities were really good and as promised. highly recommended!

First thing to say is it is a JNR Jewel. It is close to 4th Block and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home is very spacious and rooms are big with all furnishings and you can technical invite folks and spend time in the home if you are not interested in traveling in BLR. It is close to Metro which is a big advantage while we still can uber or OLA or auto!! As for safely very safe and sound place and has a park to walk and get fresh air. Kumar and team who does the house keeping is very friendly and sincere and they helped us all along our stay. They strive very hard to keep the home clean!! for folks who are religious, there is a very nice pooja room with a beautiful idol of Krishna!! As for kitchen, it is pristine and you can really do a full meal!! As for laundry, I can’t complain. It has both washer and dryer. So you really don’t need to carry a lot of clothing. + remember great place for a new wardrobe!! Last but not least, an elevator will be great!!
