Waterfront holiday rentals in Puchuncavi

The apartment is as shown in the photos, independent access, tidy and clean, with all the toiletries and well equipped for cooking, the only two details we found is that one of the kitchen burners did not work and that the TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV (it had an adapter but it was outdated), the rest is all very good. The sector has a beautiful view of the sea and direct access to the beach for a walk. You must go down several stairs to reach it (to be considered for people with reduced mobility). A pleasant experience, I would definitely come back.

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

The place met all the needs, everything was very clean and tidy, a central place with plenty of views to see during the stay. Regarding the Host, he was friendly, responsive and quick.

Everything was great, excellent view and location, accessible, etc... maybe the only thing missing: a TV with a streaming device, to be able to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Excellent loft as in the images, everything was super clean and comfortable, Cecilia was super flexible with our arrival and departure, just touched us on the last day and did not have problems to check out later. The area in general is very quiet ideal for resting, nice hikes to the beach. I would just note that there are few options for restaurants or open bars.

The place is quiet, far from the "mundane noise", although I was in March, I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the windows allow you to see the sea always, in addition to receiving the sun in season. He has a canopy if anyone wants to escape the sun. It is absolutely recommended. Bruno was very welcoming, willing to solve any inconvenience and Carolina on another level, kind and kind. Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

All unbeatable. The house is a 100. I went with my family (we are 8) and we were comfortable. Super equipped, steps to the beach and with markets nearby. A beautiful view. Super friendly and attentive hosts.. Super grateful for a lovely vacation. We'll be back

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

It is a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, tranquility and harmony were breathed. It allows self realization when making the tinaja work and includes games for the kids. Totally recommended

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
