This newly renovated family house in an idyllic village just 3km from Bled is a fantastic blend of nature, tradition and modern appliances. Bright & cozy studio near Bled | Countryside

This used to be my father's workshop. A very creative, dedicated space for sewing, carpentry and mostly for beekeeping. I am not nearly as handy as he was, but I do understand hospitality very well. I have decided to turn the entire annex into a cozy home away from home. Together with my family I will host you in our beautiful village, off the beaten path under the mighty forests of Jelovica, a few turns from the charming Radovljica and an easy drive to lake Bled and the Triglav National Park.

A cabin surrounded by woods. Simple yet astonishing. Fill your heart and soul with peace, rest your mind, awaken your senses and let time stop for just a while. Here you can get away from it all. The cabin is located well away from people, houses and roads. It's a 5 minute walk away from an old logging trail, where you can park your car. It comes with all the essentials: running water, electricity, a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, a shower, a toilet and an outdoor fireplace.

The house is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, surrounded by forest. It is an ideal place for people who want to escape from time to time in the nature. It is a large old farm building consisting of a living area, a stable, a barn, a dairy and other auxiliary rooms. The living part of the building was completely renovated and adapted for tourist purposes. All units are furnished in a modern style with new furniture and renovated bathrooms. We are no longer actively engaged in agriculture.

Apartment surrounded by nature. It's not huge, but it's well organized, with spaces used 100% through custom furniture. The skylights offer a fantastic view of the greenery and in the evening allow you to hear the relaxing sound of the nearby river. The host was very helpful for all our needs (even buying us two firmer pillows). A few steps away there is a garden with three Alpacas inside, 3 minutes by car there are several supermarkets and 15 minutes away there is Lake Bled.

The house is located in a fantastic place, about 1300 meters above sea level, secluded and far from civilization. It's the perfect spot to escape the noise of the city and spend some quiet time alone in nature. The absolutely stunning mountain view is complemented by a starry sky on clear nights. Any practical pros or cons of the house fade into the background compared to the opportunity to stay in such an incredible place. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days surrounded by enchanting nature. Also, Slovenia is incredibly rich in interesting places I hadn’t known about before this trip - I was very pleasantly surprised. The host, Tanja, gave us great recommendations on what to visit, and we’re very grateful for that - it was truly beautiful and unforgettable.

Peaceful house on the forest clearing

This place is just extraordinary especially when you have kids. We stock up on nature with impressive fauna and flora. You can easily hike around the house while being close to many leisure activities and sites to visit in Slovenia. The hosting was very warm with a cake made for the occasion accompanied by a thirst-quenching infusion. Our host helped us get our luggage to the house as city cars do not go up to the top but it is not disturbing. The house is clean and as described. Experience that I would highly recommend.
