Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Trieste

We enjoyed more than a week in this clean and beautifully decorated apartment. We like to cook, so a cozy and well-equipped kitchen with dining tables was our favorite spot. Spacious and cozy balcony as well. Andreas provided the necessary and clear instructions and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Quiet location between the hills and very panoramic. No parking problems. Well-stocked and spacious place. With a car you can reach everything quite easily, including Trieste. (There is also public transport that we haven't experienced) Great Hosts. Balance between tranquility and comfort. A black and white kitten ensured vigilance over the house and garden...very effectively. To be recommended.

The host welcomed us very nicely. He showed us the appartament and answered all our questions. The dwelling was really nice furnished. It was very modern and well-equipped. We highly recommend this flat to anyone. Our stay was perfect and we hope to come again in the future.

We have been here for the 2nd time now and will be back again. James is the perfect host who really goes out of his way and cares. The house is beautifully idyllically in the countryside, yet the center is within walking distance. Everything perfect, look forward to next time.

Damir and Jasmine's place is a real gem, very well cared for, comfortable and clean. Located in San Pelagio, on the karst hills a stone's throw from Slovenia. You can see the sea and there is a small garden with a nice olive tree. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they gave us valuable tips about the area and also offered us their very good oil. We really hope to be back!

Excellent place! Had a lovely stay!

We only stayed one night, passing through the area. Great base to reach Trieste or Gorizia and the Collio area on the day. The house is spacious and very clean. We were 4 adults and the space was ok. The kitchen has utensils, spices, and coffee. We didn't understand if the stay on the third floor was usable or not, but we didn't need it. Easy to find and convenient and free street parking near the house. The village is small and if you arrive at night/night you can't find much. Communication with Nicoletta has always been responsive and accurate. Easy and clear check-in info. I definitely recommend the apartment, even for multi-day stays.

Really great, clean and affordable place to stay at. Around 25 minute walk to the centre of Gorizia. Could be ideal for a family to stay.

We really enjoyed the vacation with our two children. A super great place to stay, with a nice outdoor area and so beautifully quietly located. There was everything we needed and Debora and her husband were so warm to us. We will definitely be coming back and can't wait. We really recommend this place from the heart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 15-day stay at Gerhard's. Communication before and after the stay was very good, friendly, and Gerhard was always very responsive. He explained everything that was useful for us to know and gave us very timely directions on possible visits to the surroundings, the beaches... He was concerned to know if we were feeling well. His accommodation is really very nice, spacious, well-equipped and perfect for a vacation. The location at the top of the hill of Muggia is excellent, with a very spacious and well-appointed terrace, lawn, plants, and a magnificent view of the gulf that leads to Trieste, the sea and in the distance the hills towards Duino and Montefalcone. We really felt very good at Gerhard's, we rested and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We were able to discover very interesting places, and enjoy the sea. We'll be happy to go back!

Super Venetian cottage. It is well appointed and has everything one needs for a short stay. Rossana's mum met me to let me in. She is very friendly. Gradisca is a pretty market town and the cafe near the cottage is useful if you don't want to make breakfast. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Luca was the kindest and most helpful host I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was also extremely responsive in his responses. The house is quite vintage, but in great condition for cleanliness and use. Extremely peaceful and comfortable. To get to the center, it's a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by bus, which stops right in front of the building's door in an extremely frequent way. Extremely recommended stay for all those who want to visit Trieste!

Natascia's apartment has an amazing view over the entire Gulf of Trieste. Very quiet location in the green of the hill overlooking the sea. Impeccable apartment, very clean and tidy. The two terraces overlooking the sea are really beautiful, they are worth the visit.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great amenities with really everything you need. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful large pool and the air conditioning in all rooms!

The apartment, cozy and with attention to detail, is in a really great location to visit Gorizia! You can walk easily, and at the same time it's sheltered from the noise of the city. My family and I had a very pleasant weekend despite the rain: there were also playing cards, always appreciated to spend joyful moments! We also appreciated the tour guides in consultation. Thank you.
