Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Prato

Byt je veľmi pekný a má výbornú dostupnosť električkou do centra Florencie, preto sme si ho vybrali. Má krásnu veľkú terasu, s výhľadom presne podľa fotiek. Lorenzo nám vždy reagoval na otázky veľmi rýchlo a presne a poradil nám. Bol to výborný bezproblémový pobyt, doporučujem ho a rada sa tu vrátim.

Alloggio comodo e accogliente, ho riscontrato inoltre un certo ordine, pulizia e cura dei dettagli.

Casa muito acolhedora! Ótima localização perto de transportes públicos. Calmo. Anfitrião super acessível, onde foi possível pedir para entrar mais cedo para pousar as mochilas. Super simpático :)

Elisa es excelente anfitriona estuvo siempre atenta a mis mensajes dando recomendaciones de lugares y restaurantes para visitar….. su apartamento es cómodo, tranquilo con una decoración que hizo de mi estancia una grata experiencia…. Su ubicación está cerca de varios lugares, puedes ir al súper caminando, varios lugares para comer muy cercanos incluso tomar un café o helado no olvidando que es una zona tranquila y segura… De nuevo gracias por todo… sin duda regresaría a reservar con ella 🌷

Bellissimo appartamento, recente, molto pulito, ampia camera da letto. Al piano terra. Aria condizionata, a disposizione macchina del caffè col necessario per la colazione (succo, biscotti, snack ecc...). Bagno molto pulito con una doccia grande. Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e per raggiungere il centro c'è la fermata del tramvia a 5 minuti di cammino. Host molto disponibile. Forse il prezzo è un po' alto ma segue la tendenza di Firenze, comunque ci tornerei e lo suggerisco.

Soul House is immaculate and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay and Erika and Christian were lovely, very responsive, and wonderful to work with. The rooftop patio was a treat!

Wir waren mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden und würden es auch an unsere besten Freunde weiter empfehlen. Veronica als Gastgeberin war Spitze. Sie hat uns alles gut erkärt und gezeigt. Hat uns sogar die Bushaltestelle gezeigt und ist mitgegangen Tickets für den Bus zu kaufen (außergewöhnlich). Das Auto kann sicher auf dem Gelände geparkt oder in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden, die Tiefgarage ist für größere Autos etwas eng. Die Lage des Appartment ist sehr gut man fährt mit dem Bus cirka 5 Stationen und dann mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum (ein paar Minuten zu Fuss und du bist am Dom), Fahrtzeit insgesamt cirka 30 Minuten.

abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in occasione del Firenze rock. ho trovato l'appartamento di Francesca per caso, e posso dire di aver fatto una buona scelta. Lei si è mostrata da subito disponibile, ci ha fornito le indicazioni in modo chiaro per arrivare da Roma e anche per poterci muovere a Firenze. l'appartamento è una bomboniera, pulito e completo di tutto. in più avere il parcheggio direttamente sotto casa a firenze non è una cosa scontata. La posizione in cui si trova è ottima, il tram a soli 10 minuti di distanza ti porta in centro e in più ci sono molti servizi anche in zona. Mi sento di consigliare sia l'alloggio che lei, affidabile disponibile e precisa. se torneremo a firenze sicuramente riallogeremo qui.

Ho soggiornato qui per due notti con alcuni colleghi di lavoro e Andrea è stato super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta e davvero gentilissimo. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto accogliente. A piedi si raggiunge comodamente il centro, molti ristoranti e una bellissima passeggiata sul fiume, in mezzo al verde. Ci tornerò, consigliatissimo!

ottima posizione per chi come noi è stato al Firenze Rock Festival, in quanto a 2 km dal Visarno Arena ( raggiungibile facilmente a piedi). Appartamento situato a circa 3 km da Sa ta Maria Novella, ed anche qui si può fare tutto a piedi, come noi. per arrivarci comunque la linea T2 palazzi rossi ( a due passi da casa, ti porta in centro). Host gentile e disponibile. Casa come da Foto, lo consigliamo. Grazie Florinda

Un grand merci à Rafaelle pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande disponibilité ! Il a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, toujours gentil, réactif et attentionné. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre et bien situé. Je recommande vivement Rafaelle et son hébergement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Nossa estadia no espaço foi excelente! Maria é uma excelente anfitriã, sempre nos respondeu rapidamente antes e durante a estadia. Realmente nos fez sentir em casa. O espaço é exatamente como nas fotos, limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Banheiro e chuveiro ótimos, com secador. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios para cozinhar em casa e há um ótimo supermercado bem perto. A estação de trem fica a poucos minutos de caminhada. A localização é ótima tanto para aproveitar a cidade , que tem um centro histórico muito bonito e animado, quanto para visitar com facilidade outras cidades da Toscana. Foi uma ótima experiência explorar a Toscana tendo Prato como base e poder voltar para a casa de Maria. Ficar em Prato é uma experiência m muito agradável em comparação a cidades mais turísticas, você realmente se sente parte do dia a dia de uma cidade italiana. Recomendo o espaço e especialmente deixo muito obrigada a Maria, pela sua gentileza e bom humor. Pretendemos voltar! novamente

Excelente localização. Apartamento com todos os utensílios necessários. Anfitrião super gentil. Observação para quem tem limitação em mobilidade (Escadas para o apartamento no 2º andar)

Logement très bien situé et propre, avec un hôte à l'écoute et d'une grande patience. Les transports sont bien desservis et proches du logement. Le tramway vous emmène vers le Centre historique de Florence. Nous vous conseillons de vous rendre à Pise par le train et à Sienne par le bus. Une semaine toscane inoubliable due en grande partie aux bons conseils de Simone. Encore merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Correu tudo bem na casa de Gabriele, que ocupa uma condição privilegiada para quem procura tranquilidade... Tem rápido acesso a alguns bons restaurantes, ficando a 5 minutos de Artimino. E Gabriele se mostrou prestativo e solícito, prestando informações e nos atendendo prontamente.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und extrem gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Familien ein Traum, da es sich um ein großes, abgeschlossenes Gelände handelt, auf welchem die Kinder sich gefahrlos frei bewegen können. Es gibt sogar einige Spielgeräte und ein Trampolin. Auch der Pool war blitzsauber und ein echtes Highlight. Chiara war eine freundliche, bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Cet endroit est juste magique. Nous y avons passé 9 jours de rêve au calme. Bianca et ses parents nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait visiter le lieu de résidence jouxté à leur belle maison, entourée de nature et en pleine campagne (une voiture est indispensable pour y accéder). La vue est magnifique, et le panorama vu de la piscine est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le petit chemin pour accéder à la maison est un point de vue parfait pour les photos de coucher de soleil. Le lieu de résidence est tout simple mais soigné, et nous avons eu toute l'intimité voulue. Bianca et ses parents sont restés très discrets. Seul le chat venait parfois nous saluer sans nous importuner pour autant. Bianca nous a même aidés à effectuer une réservation dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants tout proches. Nous conseillerons ce lieu de résidence à nos amis qui veulent visiter la Toscane (Florence et Lucca tout proches).

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We had a wonderful stay! Chiara and Giovanni were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The house is small but has all what is needed (including kitchen staff and homemade olive oil, dish and laundry machine...). In front of house is lovely garden with the table and chairs. The swimming pool was clean and had a lovely view of the olive trees, adding to the charm of the settingm. There is a parking spot always available at the property. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful - perfect for relaxing. We also loved the location - few minutes from city by car, yet tucker away enough to feel quiet and remote. That balance made our stay truly special. 10 min from place is a nice farm/garden where are animal, small playgrounds for kids, there is also possibility to do picnic, walk, feed animals... We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
