Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Parma

Rocco welcomed us with a smile when we arrived and showed us around the accommodation. We immediately felt at home! The accommodation is within a few minutes' walk of all sights, and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the train station. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely book it if we visit Parma again!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We had a great stay. What a beautiful, fun place. Luka is a very likeable enthusiastic host. Everything was fine, spacious and very clean. We were in Parma for the Mille Miglia and it was great. Everything is within walking distance, including a large park for a jog. We would love to come back.

This is an outstanding Airbnb in the most beautiful part of old Parma. Fausto was a wonderful host, responding immediately to questions, taking action in person to fix a minor issue, and offering support and advice throughout our visit. It was such a pleasure to meet him and stay in his great apartment. The apartment is well-supplied with consumables and has excellent appliances. It is on a quiet street, but very close to the magnificent cathedral, with great cafes and restaurants within a few steps. We had a perfect week in Parma, and you should too.

An oasis of tranquility with exceptional hosts. My partner and I were guests at La Meridiana and had an absolutely pleasant and relaxing stay. Perfect location with easy access to the main areas of interest. The garden of the property is a real jewel, immersed in greenery and ideal for enjoying moments of peace in the company of an icy beer. We spent pleasant hours listening to the singing of nature. The owners welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt at home. They've also shown great ability to resolve a couple of issues. Impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation, fast wifi and equipped kitchen sealed what I would call a successful stay Roby and Salvo

Everything is perfect, location, and place to stay. The only downside is that the host forces you to send your documents for check-in by message and if you don't, they cancel your reservation. When I was in need, I had to accept this modus operandi, otherwise I didn't know where to go to sleep at the last minute. By law, recognition must be de visu.

Location surrounded by greenery, a well-kept and cozy place where you can really "disconnect". The pool is fantastic, sorry the weather was not very kind, but the spaces in the house are well organized and we enjoyed the same situation. In the evening there was a cold out of season, but Alessandra and Stefano left us a heater and extra blankets so the discomfort was overcome! The center and services are just a few minutes away by car, you are close to restaurants, shops, shopping center, etc... The time of breakfast was a joy and the photo I remember with Matilde (the donkey) the icing on the cake... we will return to the first opportunity!

Had such a great stay here. Such a lovely, friendly family who couldn't do more for you. I was remote working which it was well suited for with fast WiFi and a designated working space, I'll definitely be returning

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

Cozy facility located in the center of Parma

I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.

A 15-minute walk from the center of Parma, a half-hour drive from the RCF arena in Reggio Emilia. Clean house with all the comforts (air conditioning that cools the bathroom and bedroom!). Very helpful and welcoming host.
