Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Parma

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma non ci è mancato nulla. appartamento pulitissimo, semplice ma molto funzionale, non abbiamo avuto problemi a portare con noi il nostro cane anche se non è di taglia piccola. Federica è stata gentilissima, siamo arrivati prima del previsto e alla nostra richiesta di poter consumare uno spuntino si è subìto adoperata e abbiamo assaggiato dei salumi e formaggi ottimi in un ambiente informale e casalingo come piace a noi. Siamo molto soddisfatti , consigliatissimo.

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole: sembrava di essere a casa. Francesca è stata disponibile e sempre reattiva. Speriamo di poter tornare presto perché ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

My partner and I came from the U.S., Riza was very helpful despite us needing to use Google translate for some things. There was laundry, clean space, and plenty to do near by. She even offered recommendations. There was wine for purchase inside, we left euros. Would stay again

Sono stata benissimo Davvero consigliato, ottimi host, sempre disponibili e gentili. Spazio piccolo ma accogliente, per una persona davvero ottimo, trovi tutto ciò che cerchi. Punto ottimo, vicino a fermate del bus e negozi di ogni genere. Ve lo consiglio.

Eine wunderschöne und ruhige Wohnung im Grünen, die Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber ausreichend. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auf dem Grundstück leben viele Katzen und Hunde, was man berücksichtigen sollte, wenn man selber Tiere mitbringt. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind teilweile asphaltiert, teilweise aber Schotterwege. Also nichts für ein tiefergelegtes Auto. Ein Geländefahrzeug ist aber nicht nötig. Wer vorsichtig und langsam fährt, kommt problemlos zum Ziel. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns wie unter Freunden. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen, wieder hier unter zu kommen.

Wat een prachtige en rustige locatie om te verblijven. We werden welkom geheten door Rosie. Het appartement was erg schoon en Rosie had water en bier in de koelkast klaargelegd. Hierdoor voelden we ons heel erg welkom. Als je Parma wil bezoeken is dit de fijnste plek om te verblijven!

Adriana ist eine ganz, ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im gleichen Haus und steht wirklich immer sofort zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat mehrere Zimmer mit Betten. Wir waren nur zu 4 und haben ein Zimmer gar nicht genutzt. Das Dorf ist oberhalb eines Berges. Dort gibt es ein Restaurant, was anscheinend auch nicht immer offen ist. Wenn man mehr Auswahl will, muss man mit dem Auto den Berg runterfahren.

La maison était juste parfaite tous les équipements sont haut de gamme. La maison est très bien équipée, pas de vis à vis, on avait une vue très sympa sur le lac et les vignobles autour. Vincent est très réactif . On n’avait pas de soucis de communication aves les hôtes. On était bien accueilli par Tommaso. Bref je recommande ce magnifique spot il est juste parfait.

Casa di Elena è semplicemente fantastica. Un casale moderno con tutti i comfort in una vallata WOW dell’Appennino tosco emiliano. Io la mia compagna e la sua famiglia abbiamo passato qui le festività natalizie, e non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore. Casa confortevole, una campagna deliziosa con una pace incredibile e un panorama mozzafiato. Elena è stata sempre presente e super disponibile in ogni domanda o necessità, e ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un momento che ci porteremo per tanti anni.

המארחים היו אדיבים וחביבים מאוד ועזרו במה שבקשנו, הדירה סופר נוחה , גדולה ועם כל מה שצריך לשהות . סופרים במרחק של מס' דקות נסיעה, הנוף מהדירה הראה את כל מה שיפה באיזור הכפרי. שקט מאוד. המיקום היה מאוד נוח לטיול כוכב באיזור של אמיליה רומניה.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Rivergaro! Sofia ist sehr freundlich und ihr Haus ist ein absolutes Juwel! Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Sofia hat wirklich an alles gedacht, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen – buchstäblich wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, selbst in der heißesten Hitzewelle war es im Haus angenehm kühl, im schönen Hof kann man abends wunderbar die Sterne betrachten. Es war ein fantastisches verlängertes Wochenende und Sofia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank, Sofia!

Pour qui souhaite passer un moment paisible dans la campagne toscane dans un loft bien aménagé et confortable, se prélasser au bord d'une piscine bien entretenue, c'est l'endroit idéal ! Accès facile. Restaurants et supermarchés à proximité.

Great place ! I would highly recommend to anyone! The communication was excellent , the restoration was great with great quality of materials and furniture! The breakfast was amazing . Kudos to Miriam , she is amazing ! We will come back for sure !

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Parma, mezz'ora di auto dall'arena RCF di Reggio Emilia. Casa pulita e con tutte le comodità (aria condizionata che rinfresca zona bagno e camera da letto!). Host molto disponibile e accogliente.

Natalya è molto accogliente, disponibile ed esaustiva nello spigare tutte le caratteristiche dell’appartamento. È stato un piacere conoscerla.
