Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Oristano

Little paradise close to sea and close to mountains as well 🤩 It has really exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There is almost nobody around so it’s very private. (There is a road nearby but the place is still peaceful and calm because there are not so many cars and there is a nice barrier from trees and bushes). Our little son loved the playground and the big beautiful garden. You just can spent even whole vacation there because it’s so lovely to just sit at the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s hard to describe it with words, it has to be experienced. 🥰 At last but not least the host Arianna was very nice, proactive and helpful and the communication was very pleasant. If you decide to check the surroundings the best beach around was definitely “Spiaggetta del’Arco - even during little windy and cooler days (we visited outside the season) there was a calm see, no wind and warmer air.

Rachael was a fantastic & generous host, warm and humorous! Communication with her was very easy and Rachael was super helpful. We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy, pretty and well-divided apartment! Despite outside temperatures above 30 degrees, it remained pleasantly cool in the apartment. Great location with great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back! ☀️💛

We had an amazing time at the appartement Sennariolo. The appartement is brand new and nicely decorated. The outside kitchen is amazing!! Dining there while drinking the home grown wine was lovely. The appartement itself is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, lots of green around and close to very nice beaches in the area. Our host was very kind and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit nearby (out of which we can highly recommend Bosa!!). Instructions how to reach the accommodation were very clear. Would definitely recommend!!

Carlo and Antonella were the perfect hosts and Casa Funtanedda was a great stay for our first trip to Sardinia. They were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and beyond helpful: we had a few problems with our car rental at the start of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us to try and sort it out- we’ll be forever grateful! The accommodation was lovely and as stated in the ad, we’d stay again- a huge thank you to you both!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

We had a great time at Antonio's. He is very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Antonio is a perfect host! The house is in the middle of the village and everything is close by. A car is recommended because except for a small supermarket (with nice homemade products) there are no shops. However, Bosa is close and there is everything you want. Everything else is within walking distance, but if you want to go to a really nice beach, 3 minutes by car is more convenient than walking.

The apartment was really well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. There were even basic toiletries, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The host left us some cookies as a welcome treat, which was a lovely touch. The place itself was cozy, with a slightly traditional style that gave it a warm and homely feel. The only thing worth mentioning is that the ceiling was a bit thin – we could hear some noise from upstairs. It didn’t bother us much and we slept well, but someone more sensitive to noise might notice it more. Other than that, everything was great – 9/10!

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.

Very nice and spacious home, as pictured. Super nice and helpful owners. From the beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and ready to answer all our questions, making us feel comfortable right away. During our stay, they showed really special care and attention, making sure we didn't miss anything and providing great tips on what to visit nearby. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant experience. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely house in the hills 8 mins from the very pretty town of Bosa and 10/20 minutes from a number of beautiful coves and beaches. Stunning coastal drive up to Alghero for a day out - but house is so peaceful you might not want to leave. Check in super smooth with Gianni, and Ramona, who explained everything clearly. Pool well maintained and a gorgeous kitchen garden. Plenty of great places to eat in Bosa - we particularly recommend Essenza Al Borgo Sant'Ignazio. Extremely well equipped kitchen for cooks. We had a fantastic week and felt immediately at home. Don't worry about the proximity of the train track, the train only comes once a week on Sundays and is an absolutely charming old one carriage tourist train. Thoroughly recommend.

We found absolutely everything we needed in Valentina's house. Very nice house despite the heat, practical so as not to disturb each other. We greatly appreciated her kindness and the care she takes of her guests. From information or the art of living in the area to the quality of linens and products at our disposal. Thanks again Valentina A very very good place.

Sa Domu Linda is a beautiful house, very well cared for, very comfortable and in a strategic area to enjoy all the most beautiful beaches nearby within a 10/15 minute drive. Narbolia is a quiet village but if necessary offers all the services, medical guard and pharmacy. There are also large supermarkets and discounts in the area, and Oristano is a 15-minute drive for a downtown ride and a little leisure. Linda was an excellent host, I asked her for various favors and advice and she always responded immediately, going out of her way to meet me. The entire stay. Thanks to you, you far exceeded expectations. I recommend it to everyone and if I came back to the area in the future, I would definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended, no flawless!

Welcome to paradise! Ivan and Leo's house is beautiful, made with immense taste, the garden you can use is also fantastic. The village is very nice and we had a great time to visit the surroundings but also the coast. We'll be back with an immense pleasure very soon !! Thank you for everything !!

The house is located in a quiet position, at the entrance to San Leonardo. It is fully equipped and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. In addition to the park, which is a two-minute walk away, there are trails through the woods that lead to secluded springs and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and for any need.

A handy place to stay not far from tge centre of Bosa. Roomy apartment with everything you need for a great stay.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Tidy, cozy and fragrant house. Extremely consistent with the photos and the description that was given. The house was also equipped with everything necessary to keep it clean. Spacious house with excellent value for money. Perfect for a quiet holiday in Oristano

The place was super nice & clean. We didn't miss anything. Within walking distance there is a Lidl and you can also reach the city in 15 minutes. Gianluca even welcomed us very warmly with a welcome gift and gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights and beaches. In addition, he was always very quickly available and extremely helpful! Since my boyfriend is over 1.90 m tall, and a metal frame surrounds the bed, the bed was unfortunately a little too small for him. The apartment is also quite bright, you could often hear the family above us, but never late in the evening or at night. But neither of these changes the fact that we recovered well and had a wonderful time in Sardinia! :)
