Apartment suitable for two couples, or a family with 2/3 children. central and comfortable, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Living room with fireplace, very nice terrace! Suitable for spending a few days in the mountains! Marialuisa and Raffaella are super helpful! We were pleasantly impressed! I recommend it!

Staying at Giovanni's place was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort. Charming view of the Molisan hills. The breakfast kit with coffee, tea, milk, yogurt and more was greatly appreciated.

Apart from the small inconvenience upon arrival... not having a phone number, the snowy streets so difficult to arrive and understand what the apartment was, I needed timely help with a trip behind many hours and a one-year-old child in the car was a little unpleasant... but I can't complain about anything... clean and very cozy, warm apartment and a large private outdoor space... I recommend the location! I would like to return next year.

We had a pleasant stay at this B&B in Rivisondoli. The apartment is cozy, clean and well cared for, with welcome details like board games. It's an affordable and strategic solution for those who want to go skiing without spending too much. The accommodation is a single room with two beds, a staircase to the mezzanine, and a small but functional kitchen for simple meals. The bathroom is in good condition. However, it's more suitable for up to four people, as the loft has a very low ceiling and is not comfortable for sleeping. Overall, a convenient and convenient choice for those looking for a convenient foothold for the mountain.

This place was beautiful and a great mountain getaway! I would definitely recommend the place and the host especially! :) I have to commend Roberto especially for his grace and help in working through some mess caused by the puppies. We were able to resolve everything amicably and reasonably. This is the sign of a wonderful air bnb host! He gave great directions, checked on us, and was a professional in handling everything. We had a great stay at Robertos apartment. This is an amazing location to enjoy the village (very close by foot!) and the surrounding area. We were in a group of 4 adults and one child, there was plenty of space for us, the apartment is well equipped and very clean! Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the location if you are looking to have a holiday and also do some ski-ing, Pescocostanzo ski resort is literally a 5 min drive and is excellent for beginners and more seasoned skiers! We really enjoyed and would return. Thanks!

It was the first time in the Roccaraso area. (January period '24)The essential apartment for a vacation is well manageable( the staircase that leads to the main room maybe a little uncomfortable for the little space) clean and cozy. The view just outside the door is wonderful!!!! The kind guys responded to all requests. They also gave us maximum availability for the dog. Overall a great stay that I would recommend!

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. I would always come back!

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Beautiful New Year with friends. House in a great location just minutes from Roccaraso. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace available. One of the three rooms is a little too small for two people but we adapted. Great welcome. Highly recommended
