Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Frosinone

A beautiful brand new apartment in a great location. Everything provided, even welcome gifts of cookies, toast, water and milk for the coffee! Fabio and his English speaking daughter were delightful! Always attentive. One of the bedrooms facing the main street was loud, so be aware if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great apartment. Don’t hesitate to book.

The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. We were able to explore the beautiful Monte Livata and have lots of fun in nature. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything. our hosts were really fantastic, always present and attentive to our needs, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is exactly like a photo, warm and cozy, the large garden in front was covered with snow, which made our arrival even more evocative, comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, quiet and warm, a real mountain cabin with fabulous views and beautiful surroundings. The center of Pescasseroli is easily reachable with a short walk, I highly recommend this beautiful house for an unforgettable vacation!

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Super hospitable Daniela made us feel at home. Always available and responsive in communication. Very, very welcoming, spacious and very clean house. Parking practically below the house. Very quiet place is beautiful.

Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). Structure with large spaces, spacious and livable rooms, manicured garden and balconies in all rooms. Quiet area to relax on your own or with the whole family. Adelmina, very kind and super helpful. Definitely a highly recommended structure, especially for multi-day stays that allow you to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor space to the fullest.

Danilo and his family were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts. Their home in Sabaudia is clean and beautiful with a stunning outdoor cooking area, large, open spaces, had plenty of space for larger families travelling, and the downstairs shower was a dream. They generously gave us a delicious crostata and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We ran into some transport trouble due to a public transport strike on the day we were due to arrive, and Danilo was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, going the extra mile to help us navigate Italy’s public transport system. The house is conveniently located close to a major supermarket and is a short walk away from the town’s major piazza with all the amenities. This is one of the best places to stay for any trip to Sabaudia.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. In addition, the apartment was impeccable both on the cleanliness and decor side, a beautiful experience...we will definitely be back

Brand new and well-kept apartment 5 minutes from the center of Pico. Breakfast plentiful with plenty of choice, they made us find the refrigerator full. The hosts Domenico and Tiziana are exquisite people, very helpful and hospitable. We asked to check in early and they satisfied us without any problem, then available to accommodate our every request. We'll definitely be back

I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦

Casa Radiosa was a beautiful discovery, for us who were 6 of us it was a very pleasant stay. As a host we found two people of very rare availability! Highly recommended if you are passing through Sora and surroundings 🥰
