Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Ferrara

The suite is beautiful; perfect location within walking distance to everything; super clean with extra large bathroom. The terrace was wonderful: totally private, looking out over rooftops. Remember that this is a suite, not an apartment: you cannot cook, there is no kitchen or place to wash dishes. As the pictures show, there is a small refrigerator and microwave, and some glasses, plates, etc. The photo of the bookshelf is in the entryway just outside of the entry to the apartment. Gabriella was very helpful, and used the translation on her phone when necessary to communicate. I would recommend this suite!

The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay ever!! Not only is Anna Maria the sweetest and most helpful host but the environment was incredibly cozy and inviting! We even spent a full day just hanging out enjoying the patio! I highly highly recommend staying here and paying our dear friend a visit!

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the comforts and we had a great time. Excellent location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

The review writes itself when we have no hesitation to give “5 Stars” in every category. However, I should expand further. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. Breakfast and some dinners for a 6 night stay. The water was hot and plentiful in the shower. The convenience of the train station that is centrally located for quick trips in any direction was the reason we originally selected this host. We were pleasantly surprised that the travel of the trains did not disturb our peace in our temporary home. Overall, our stay was too short and very sweet.

We had a great time. Everything matched what was described in the listing. Excellent indoor parking and an extremely quiet area. Since we will return to Ferrara to visit relatives, we will consider this location for our next stay.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. We were there with our 3-month-old son, and he also loved it. The secure parking for the car is also a plus. A little oasis of relaxation.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable. The bed is also very comfy. Silvia is super helpful, with lots of great recommendations. You have to try Trattoria da Noemi(make a reservation ahead, they are always full). I would definitely recommend and return if I visit Ferrara again.

We had a great 10 days stay at Carla's family with our two children. The accommodation was perfectly as described, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace. Carla's recommendations were very helpful to discover the area, and communication was smooth and pleasant throughout the stay. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

My parents spent a week at Silvia's apartment and had a great time. Silvia was very kind and always available. Apartment equipped with every comfort and very close to the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. They were able to use the bikes available to visit the area. Great!

This is a large, spacious apartment. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques and having every facility you could wish for. Fully furnished with of lovely paintings and a huge library of beautiful books. Great spaces to relax. Desk and lamp to write at. Sunny outdoor terrace . Mario Claudia is a thoughtful and friendly host. So welcoming. Extra little touch’s provided such as a bowl of miniature Easter eggs. Garaging for your car is easy. The city centre is just around the corner with all the main sights and many delicious restaurants.

A great place and a great host. Its clean, uncluttered, super location and easy to find and get settled. We had a fantastic holiday with two 10-years old based on many great recommendations from the host who knows the area very well. We will for sure come back!

We really felt very comfortable. The very nice hostess welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips. Although she lives right next door, we had the feeling of living alone in the beautiful garden and the guesthouse. The tranquility and rural location were a welcome contrast to the daily activities. The apartment is very nice, essential kitchen, comfortable bed and well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back
