Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Chieti

It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

Great location and very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Greta's apartment. Greta and/or her father were very communicative throughout my entire stay. She gave me good directions to find the apartment and recommendations of where to go. Her father was waiting at the apartment when I arrived to show me everything. He messaged me a couple times during my stay to check and make sure everything was ok. The apartment is located directly across the walking/bike path and street from a nice sandy beach. There are a few beach bars/restaurants very close by. The apartment is within a 15-30 minute drive to many other beautiful beaches and nice towns to explore. There is a designated parking space at the apartment complex for a small to medium sized vehicle. The private balcony had a fantastic, unobstructed view of the sea. I look forward to returning to Abruzzo and staying at Greta's apartment again:)

Clean. Practical. Conveniant. When you got off the plane and arrived all the necessaties were there. Sheets, towels, dishwashing liquid, crockery etc. The generous amount of tea and coffee was a nice touch. Peaceful and close to the beach. Family friendly too.

Romina’s beach house was a beautiful spot just next to the public beach and bike/walking path. Romina and her husband greeted us at check in and gave us all of the instructions as well as recommendations for the local area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, even beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The house was in a locked, gated community that felt very safe both day and night. We were within walking distance to beaches, lidos, restaurants, and a short drive to the old town of Vasto. Romina was a gracious host with great communication throughout. We hope to return someday!

We had a very good quiet place and with everything you need ,the owner Stephane is very kind and always ready to give a tip, the impeccable villa equipped with all the comforts and even more excellent rating. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming B&B in Vasto and we can only recommend it with enthusiasm! The location is simply perfect: located in a quiet but strategic area, just a few steps from the sea, it allowed us to enjoy a beautiful weekend on the beach without ever having to use the car. But the real strength is undoubtedly the extraordinary availability of Mrs. Elena, a truly exceptional host. Since our arrival, she welcomed us with a sincere smile and thoughtful care that made us feel right at home. Always present but never intrusive, attentive to every detail and ready to meet every need with kindness and professionalism.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

Everything was perfect! Annaletizia was a great host and offers all the amenities described. The house is cozy and quiet, located in the Lighthouse area of Vasto, overlooking the harbor from the window in the kitchen. Private parking is also available. Recommended place to stay

We occupied both apartments for a week in August. Our first criterion was to find accommodation for 15 people for a family vacation with children and cousins. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor area for large family gatherings. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace. In this, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

beautiful accommodation, clean and complete with everything (washing machine and dishwasher included) The apartment is in a great location with respect to the sea. The only drawback is the railway very close, however with the air conditioning, you can sleep with the windows closed and the problem is solved. Great accommodation

Structure in a great position above the Turchino Trabocco. Terrace with sea view, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked apartment. New fixtures and although the structure is close to the Adriatic (and I would say thankfully) you can't hear anything inside. Cross the road and you are on the bike path and the sea!!! Daniel who followed us and Mrs. Ylenia who provided us with the initial information were very neat and punctual. We found a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Great - 5 stars ⭐️

Beautiful location close to the beautiful and interesting town of Vasto and all the main amenities, a beautiful garden communicating with the sea. Beautiful terrace where you can eat and admire the coast and the overflow. Very kind and helpful hosts. We hope to be back!

We spent a weekend in Martina's apartment, on our arrival she welcomed us by providing us with all the information and showing us the apartment, which is very well organized and very clean. The apartment is located a few steps from the sea and enjoys an excellent view of the beach and the promenade, in the street below there are numerous parking spaces Thanks again to Martina for her kindness and availability

We thought everything was great, nice host and directly opposite a highly recommended restaurant la Rampa. Good starting point to discover. There are also free beaches a few kilometers further to the right.

Great apartment and a lot to do in the neighborhood, from beach to mountains and hikes. We were there mid September, at the end of the holiday season. So, it was quiet, sometimes a bit too quiet.

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
