La Terrazza sul mare is ideally located for a relaxing seaside vacation, culture, and sporting activity. The Trabocchi cycle path is practically below the house as well as the beautiful sandy beach. The house is beautiful, with a very well-kept garden full of evocative corners thanks to the dedication of Mimmo and Francesca, kind and friendly hosts who are always ready to recommend itineraries, suggest locals and tell the history of the places. Giulia's mom welcomed us with great kindness. The environment is very pleasant with A beautiful garden and adequate furniture to rest there. If our route brings us back to this area we will gladly go back.

A homely home in a beautiful place. We were greeted by Giuseppe's parents who showed us where to park and walked us to the home. We were welcomed with home baked goodies and pasta sauce. Giuseppe was always available to answer questions and sent over a really useful Google map woth places to go pins and food place pins. This is really helpful in such a remote place.

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Abruzzo and Torre Melissa are fantastic. The house have a nice roof terrace where you have a fantastic view over the Maiella Mountain and national park. To sit there and look in the evening at the stars and listning to all the birds - can't be more relaxing! Titziana and Michele are the best hosts you can find. They were extremely helpful all the time. We had rented the house for one month. Time flies when you have bike trails, beaches and nature around the corner. We really recommend this house and the hosts, so we say see you again! Annika and Björn

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully furnished, spacious apartment with great views of the very nearby sea. We felt almost at home and already miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rush.

Scerni offers a true taste of Italian culture, with some of the friendliest people we've ever met. The apartment is centrally located, with a grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, park, restaurant, gift shop, church, and pub all within 200 meters. We lived here 6 months with no use for a car. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and fully accessible—no stairs to enter or inside, which is great for those with mobility issues (though likely too small for a wheelchair). For a long-term stay like ours it may feel a bit compact, but it's perfect for vacations. What truly makes this place special are the hosts. Alessandro alone made the stay worthwhile—he’s become a real friend. Always helpful, warm, humorous, and welcoming. The same goes for the hosts Francesca and Annalisa. Even though he only speaks Italian, he used Google Translate to communicate at first, which helped a lot before we picked up some Italian ourselves. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Superhost for us.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

Danilo is as warm and friendly as his apartment is as warm and inviting to stay in. Very quiet and peaceful with one amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. Last night I was up watching the storm that was out at sea. If you are coming anywhere near Vasto Italy and need a place to stay in, I strongly recommend stay at Danilo apartment! This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Spacious, spotless, and full of character, it’s perfectly located in the heart of historic Vasto. Steps from charming piazzas and great local restaurants, it offers the ideal base for enjoying the old town. The host was again warm, attentive, and very responsive. A consistently fantastic experience.

The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. The Sirena is the linchpin of this city that stretches along the sea. 5 minutes' walk from the beach (soft sandy beach). An underpass (under the railway tracks) provides easy access to the beach, the world's best ice cream parlor "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the accommodation side, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The accommodation is located in a corner house, high floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living-dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms are to the right and the bathroom to the left. You can see the sea from the bedroom windows. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, central. Small "helpers" such as laundry racks, parasols and brooms make it easier to organize after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!
